Head of IT - really small Bank where nearly all the IT is outsourced.

Someone perhaps coming from an IT support function in a bank who wants to step up to their first “Head of IT “ role

Needs to understand banking environment/ops/issues/governance/compliance/risk

But all IT functions are outsourced – so will need to :

Oversee and PM their services
monitor all SLA/KPI and keep service providers honest/on toes
constant trend analysis to predict snags before they go wrong and impact the banking operations
