What is it you need done? I ordered a replacement key from a decent firm online which saved replacing the whole lock.

For better or worse, I've just got myself on the property ladder. DIY has never exactly been my strong-point but I've had to learn the hard way in the past few weeks. I can now install a washing machine, put up shelves (badly) and lay some paving slabs... Unfortunately replacing broken PVC locks isn't in my repertoire yet!

Unfortunately, it's not that simple. The key is snapped-off in the lock of a PVC french-door. Sodding estate agents did it and are refusing to accept responsibility...Beerfuelledman wrote:What is it you need done?
