Didnt lose any weight this week either. Though I managed a 10 mile run on Thurs, which is the farthest Ive ever run. Must have went into severe calorie deficit given the rate I was shoveling crap into me over the weekend.

I don't have the chance to use a gym properly so I'm going to invest in a good rowing machine to stick in the garage and chip away whenever I can. Add in some sensible eating & drinking (or lack thereof for the latter!) and I hope to garner some momentum.
Ah yes, those "recent indulgences" saw me tip the scales at 14 st 1.25 lbs this morning.

Dry this morning so back into the walking routine - c20 mins brisk walk to station, train, 5 mins and 4 flights stairs at other end, repeat for coming home.

Let's see where I am in a week.
Weekend test saw me check in at 13st 0.5-1lb. So that's a stone off then. Huzzah.

Next stop 12st 5". I hope.

There's a good chance I might treat myself to a chocolate egg or two over the Easter weekend but going to try to stay on track between now and then...

I now seem to have stabilised at 12-7 despite 175 miles on the bike last week and a run so it seems to be my natural weight!

Probably unchanged over the fortnight. Have managed a reading of 12st 12.5 but been floating between 12.13 and 13.0. Not bad given there was a shed load of booze the weekend before last and a couple of big work lunches last week.

browsing on the web I came across this website, its free and is basically a very good calorie calculator, you inmput foods eaten and exercise carried out and it works out your weight loss in 5 weeks.

Have a look

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/welcome/learn_more" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It may help

Somewhere sub 12' 12" now I hope. Had readings below 12' 10" but battery on scales getting more dodgy so taking with a pinch of salt. Keeping a 13 off my card is the main game now while I enjoy the fruits of my labours. Had to buy a new belt which was supremely satisfying 8-)

My aim had been to get to 12st 7lbs (175lbs) by March 1st.

However looking at the BMI scales I would still be considered overweight at 12st 7lbs!

I therefore need to aim for 12st 5lbs which I haven't been for a long time!

I would be happy to get to 12 stone 10 realistically, but will try for 12st 5 by end March.

I do a lot of cycling and am aiming to do my first duathlon in April so good incentive to lose as much as I can without losing my muscle strength.
I am pleased to say I am now at 12st 5 (173 lbs) which I have held for the past 2 weeks. So target achieved and consolidated. 15 lbs off since day 1 which has helped with my riding!

My scales are confirmed as weighing heavy, possibly up to 3lbs.

Which means that I am probably 12'6"/12'7". Get in. Stone and a half - shed.

Mind you, was a work night out last night and I can't drink for sh*t now

Alot of,my free time will be decorating over the next few months so concentrating more on dieting than excersise but looking to excersise where possible. Lunch and snacking are my weaknesses.. if I dont bring in luch I have to buy it and the choices are bacon and sausage rolls or baguettes with mayo dripping out of it so I need to bring in healthy lunches.. im going to try and mix up the.lunches with low fat cereal, soups, salads and snack a jacks.. Lost a stone before having rivitas with phili for lunch but just got so sick of it so need to mix it up to keep it fresh.
Also free toast and biscuits are a killer at work.. Its too easy to have a few buscuits as a mid afternoon engery boost!
Has anyones used myfitnesspal before? I had some joy with that when I did it regularly. It gives you a calorie limit and you enter your foods.. You can even get the app and scan the barcode of what your eating to enter it :)

Checked the scales today and Im 16st 2 so a bit slower than I wanted but going in the right direction!

Joined the gym and have been doing 30mins a day 4/5 days a week for the last 5 weeks just on the rower, bike and cross trainer.. not been eating/ drinking fantastic so need to improve to keep going
