Just started this , I use some weights, but I like using body weight more .





One exercise , 3 sets for each part of the body . So five different exercise

quads . Squats or lunges ect

Hamstrings , gluten , lower back. Hip riase or body wieght single leg deadlift ect

Chest, shoulders, tricep. Any type of push up.

Upper back , biceps. Pull up or dumbell row

Core. Ball crunch or mountain climbers or v ups.

And that works nearly your whole body .

Body weight is the way to go as much as possible I think.

As long as you are doing it for general fitness and not trying to be a bodybuilder then you can achieve that with push ups, pull ups, squats and a healthy diet.

Yes I just want to be stronger and faster . Its working well, feel taller, lighter and more flexible too . It can also feel good after workout . It feels like my body is breathing smoothly and healthier after workout.

Never been into bodybuilding it not important to me . As a result I don't take diet seriously. I eat healthy, but i still eat eat junk food too.
