I have neglected the excersise a little recently due to being almost constanly working. The cardio room was empty today so I saw this as a chance to go for it with nobody around to see me fail.
08/01/2014 = Only managed 3.5km
14/01/2014 = 30m 50s
22/01/2014 = 30m 16s
06/02/2014 = 29m 48s
12/02/2014 = 29m 45s
20/02/2014= 29m 21s
25/02/2014 = 28m 42s
27/02/2014 = 28m 33s
05/03/2014 = 27m 48s
26/03/2014 = 27m 26s
10/04/2014 = 27m 03s
03/05/2014 = 26m 20s
Today = 25m 17s
This running is easy ..........
......if only it was First 2 km was ok then it is a 15 minute battle to ignore the voice in your head telling you to push the red button in front of you to make it stop.
Targets before the wedding:
5km treadmill - Sub 25 minute (I think I will do this reasonably easy)
20km bike - Sub 31 minutes and as close to 30 as possible (Again I think I can do this but I just have to get myself in the right mood for it some day. Half an hour maintaining that speed is torture for me and I will ache for days! )
2km Row - 7 Minutes (not sure if I am capable of this yet. But ill try get as close as possible)
Results from the scales will be next. Im confident of a good week but just waiting for the thing to racharge)

Not as much loss as I was expecting but a loss is a loss. I had a massive 3 course meal last night cooked by mrs nffc for my birthday. I ate all the crackling off of a massive pork joint and several helpings of dessert and was munching all night! So I am guessing that if I weighed myself yesterday like I had planned then the loss would have been higher! Food is not normally the problem, its normally alcohol but last night I ate like a pig (and ate half a pig!)

How is the fitting into clothes going? This is probably a better guide as you may be losing fat, but gaining muscle.
Remember Johnny Wilkinson and lil Micky Owen (apart from being the same person) are both obese on the BMI scale

Clothes fitting is good. No need for me to buy any new clothes for the honeymoon as I have half a wardrobe full of previously unworn shirts that have never fitted before!
I feel in good shape. Everywhere is firm apart from the stomach area but even that has some definition and is a big improvement on before. Id like to lose a couple more inches around the middle but I am more concerned about toning up for the beach than what the scales say!

Awesomely well done especially with all those out of fashion clothes you can wear now

Oh sh#t, sh#t, sh#t. Pushed too hard and I think I have pulled my bicep this morning. So painful, if I stand up I feel like im going to faint but I cant sit down for long as I can't get comfy with the pain. eff! I hope its a temporary short lived problem

I can see my ideal weight being about 15 stone ish so will push on again after the honeymoon.
The honeymoon will be 2 weeks of eating and drinking whatever I like so I expect ti put on a considerable amount but I feel really good right now so i will rerurn to this

.......its the stag do weekend and i am off this morning to boost the Newcastle economy!
Hopefully it will not do too much damage but meeting in the local wetherspoons at 8am before the drive for a pint and a fried breakfast suggests it may be a heavy weekend

Update on the fitness. I been struggling with my arm since the last update. I had about 3 days off but its still been causing me problems, not as painful now but just aches massively after exercise.
