i get 'this account has been suspended' on the first - don't suppose you have an offline version stored, do you?

It's disappeared this end too. It basically described the location of the pain in scapular winging caused by prolonged hunched periods in front of a monitor or other suchlike activity plus where the arm is stretched in front of the body continuously during this time. The location being where the neck sides join the shoulders and various other muscles surrounding the shoulder blades. My one may have also been triggered by weightlifting. I found these stretching exercises also:

Now thinking it's also related to a too acidic diet.

Nice one. I've had a nagging pain in my right shoulder blade for years - tried everything, but I can't shift the bigger. Too much time spent in front of screens :evil:
