I know a bit about roadbikes, and this one seems very cheap for the money, carban forks etc.
However I don't know much about the shop decathlon, has anyone dealt with them before?
And how is the customer service etc.

Seriously considering buying the bike as it seems to good to be true, but if Decathlon are just another version of Sports direct I would be less tempted.

We've got a decathlon. Used to cycle with the store manager. Good business. Miles better than sports direct / Halfords etc.

My kids have got decathlon bikes. They sell middle of the road kit for good prices. Good shop. Lots of sports clubs use them for kit supply. Big French firm. Lots of buying power

That bike looks ok. Fairly basic but a proper bike for not much more than Halfords BSO cash. Decent looking starter bike. Doubt you'll get better VFM anywhere else.
