It will be interesting to see if this game appears again

I gave it a shot and quite frankly did not have a clue how to play (I suspect 99% of entrants were in the same boat).

Timmsy did you have a clue from the start or are you just a quick learner ? - I recall you had a whopping profit in the first week or so.

This must go down as the 'easiest*' and biggest FF related win ever - go straight to the top of the 'All Time Hall of Fame' Timmsy!

*Or did you spend days stuyding the property markets

I also wonder if more fantasy games/competitions will start to spring up - anyone for Crime and Disorder Hotspots 2009 8-)

When asked by Matt at Fantasy League I told him I used the Ian Dowie Principle of "Bouncebackability" picking those properties that had dropped in value sadly I did spend a fair bit of time studying form and scouring the internet

I also cross referenced their worst and best months, I won month one and if I remember correctly I was still top month two, dropping to my lowest position of sixty something in three and then back up to the top three for months 4 & 5

When Twickenham shot up about 60k in month three I thought my chance had gone, and felt a bit hard done by that my consistently profitable portfolio was beaten by a one off increase, however the one's that made those profits failed to sell Twickenham and mostly had their profits wiped out

Whilst I don't think other Fantasy Games experience was a big a help as in some games it did really play a part

I do feel really sorry for the Rachel in second place especially as she gets nothing for second place, when we were in month six the only property I could see with a history of increases to give me a chance was London North and I was somewhat surprised she made her changes well before the deadline given you could view each other's portfolio

Yes I'm surprised it's still there as the question I answered with FISO in has been altered and it looks like it doesn't belong in my answer

You can blame me when all the property developers post RMT in August

Been out there much Timmsy - nice place?

£155,001 as at yesterdays FX rate - still the biggest fantasy / Fiso win yet?

What a mad prize that was!
