SamD says it is all down to luck so don't buy him that beer

Leaderboard latest
There were few changes in position towards the top of the overall leaderboard this week, meaning that Rachel Drain continues to lead the way heading into the second half of the competition.
Meanwhile, Sam David leads the Game Month 4 standings as a result of being the solitary entrant to have gained £4,200 profit from this week's news-based bonuses.
Selections were based on cities and countries in which I've resided. Portfolio has been unchanged since start of competition, possibly proving this, like several fantasy games, is mainly down to luck (don't you think?).
With three weeks to go in the monthly race, is there any opinion on whether team should stay virginal (ie, untouched) or do we let a thrusting estate agent in?

OVERALL AND GAME MONTH 6 WINNERS
In a sensational conclusion to the 4Homes Fantasy Property Investor competition, Neil Timms overturned a deficit in excess of £30,000 going into the final Game Month to edge out long-time leader Rachel Drain to win the luxury townhouse in Spain, courtesy of Inside Track.
Neil secured victory by the relatively slender margin of £3,100, with the registered sale of a £3.6m semi-detached property in Islington, North London, ultimately proving pivotal.
However, sincere commiserations are in order for Rachel, who had led for the majority of the competition, only to be overtaken at the final hurdle.
In terms of the prizes for Game Month 6, it was Shepherd Murombedzi who won the first prize of £600 in John Lewis vouchers and a bottle of champagne after making £40,700 profit in the final month.
Joy Colenso and Mark Elliott receive £300 in John Lewis vouchers and £100 in John Lewis vouchers respectively for finishing in second and third for the month, with both also winning a bottle of champagne to celebrate their success.
Thank you for playing 4Homes Fantasy Property Investor - after all, it's the taking part that counts!

Fantastic - sincere congratulations, Timmsy. That is a serious prize - free comp too, wasn't it? I should sell the house quick if I were you - property prices are falling (or at least my portfolio in the game has been sinking fast ). I hear YODA and Clare are looking for a new place to live...
Well done again - awesome.
