Really sorry - made an error with the code for some reason. Code originally sent out didn't work. GeoffV has corrected in new PM. Cheers Geoff.

A.M. Postal Service is in.

Stefano Pirazzi and Nicolo Ruffoni of Bardiani are on the startlist but have been given the boot due to hormonal irregularities. I don't think that means it's their time of the month.

Thought you were recommending me some Italian cheapies there!

Bit worried my team largely lacks local talent.....

What joy! It's Rob Hatch doing the commentary on Eurosport.
Saved from 3 weeks of the jibbering incoherent idiot that is Carlton Kirby.

Just sat down to pick my team and realised that it started today not tomorrow.

Oh well, there's always next year...

Not on ITV4...

Found out the highlights are on something called 'Quest'.

Will try them tonight as I never trust Eurosport timings and fear my Sky+ recording chopping off as the sprint starts.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the other day. Channel 37 on freeview at 10pm. Seem to be rebroadcasting the Eurosport highlights from what I can gather.

Just watched it now, great last couple of kms. I wouldn't have sat up that early though!

Eurosport 2 was due to be Giro from 10-11 tonight. Still playing the tennis so start has shifted to 10.40 but the end still shows as 11! Gotta love, sorry, hate Eurosport.

Oh, it was on Eurosport 1 from 8-9.

And Quest was just rebroadcasting the Eurosport package, I flicked over to have a look. (144 on sky, for info) that might be a bit more reliable for recording purposes.

Another reason to hate Eurosport.... their highlights is literally just big wedges of the live coverage glued together.

1hr show last night (as pasted onto Quest) showed a lot of the first climb of 3 then suddenly, after an ad break, there was only 8km to go!

I quite like Jonathan Edwards but does he really know anything about Cycling and can he please learn his lines rather than looking down at a clipboard...

Bring back ITV4.

I think that Quest is linked to Eurosport, as it shows a lot of Snooker, which is on Eurosport but not on BBC.

It does seem strange that Europsort are so pants on Cycling, given how much they show - but then they don't usually do lead up bits, just straight into the race..

Coincidentally I was talking with someone about "Anchors" and how much they need to know etc. Rebecca Low (?) from NBC is really good, as she asks questions. It seems that ones here insist on being "experts".....

I largely went with Sky blokes.

Luckily I chose the right country for subsequently ordering a hit on a police motorcyclist.
