Re: Tennis Dream Team 2011: FISO mini-league
Excellent stuff.
To those that have never played the Tennis for free game I can highly recommend it. Only ever played at Wimbledon before now (did they do any others?), but 2 years ago I was leading up to the semi-finals, and I believe we had a FISO winner last year at Wimbledon. (Well done bagpuss - winner of the women's tournament and the overall champion)
Scoring is very up-to-date and each matches points are usually put up on the web-site within a couple of minutes of each match finishing.

I'll enter this for fun.
'Good for one set' entered.
Is it just me or is choosing the male players a lot more difficult than the female players?
Best of luck everybody

What a great start - up to 8th overall and all 20 of my players won
Don't have Federer though which will probably cost me in the end.
I think if I still have 15 players in the third round, I might have a chance...

Re: Tennis Dream Team 2011: FISO mini-league
There is still a way to go yet and I think the overall leader table may change a bit by the end of round 4.
The main Inter Mini-league Table seems a little bit bias towards smaller leagues when using an average across the whole league - fewer players to lower the average. Many of the top 20 contain only 3 or 4 players. If you took the top-3 players from each of the mini-leagues in the current top 10, FISO Formation (699) would be second behind MTL Rules (706) - figures rounded down to nearest whole number.

Re: Tennis Dream Team 2011: FISO mini-league
Unfortunately, down to 13 players now in the third round and looks unlikely I can get the top position. I'm in 2nd overall but other teams have more players now. If I can get 10 players into the fourth round, I may have a good chance to finish top 10.Two left feet wrote: I think if I still have 15 players in the third round, I might have a chance...
