Seattle. I'd love the Rams to do it but Seattle have the game and home crowd to at least win this division.

Seattle are my team and this really could be the year, always thought last year was a stretch but I think there is a real belief in the team now.

Rams are going to be poor
49ers should be getting better but not really good enough to compete for a2 or 3 seasons yet.
Arizona, they are going to be this years hype team. Warner is an awful QB, the Edge has been a great runner for the Colts but this is the League's worst rushing Offense last year and the line really is no better. James will make them better but not good enough. The D is suspect so they will be relying on Boldin and Fitzgerald, Warner is not mobile enough and will be gone for the season by week 6 - don't believe the hype this is the Cards

go for seattle though i think they wont be as strong as last year. Losing the best offensive lineman Steve Hutchinson will hurt them and Alexanders running stats

Seahawks the obvious pick challenged but i will go for Arizonas offense to be on fire and pip Seattle to the title. Dont the superbowl losers have some awful record the following season? Shaun Alexander to have his worst year in the last 5 because he has his fat contract and doesnt care. Also because he wont be playing for me this year.
