Look at the bbc web details, goal and assist to Savage - lol!!murf wrote:1-0 Savage (-) I think
Savage whipped in a free kick. Reid and Bentley got close to it but I don't think anybody touched it. Hard to tell - await 75 half time Sky replays....

Thats offensive to whoever this burno is, but i just thought Bellamy would suffer like Henry does in the fact that people expect the unbelievable from both of them and they need to score a couple or because of their extreme skill they become void for the man of the match awardmurf wrote:Thought you loved him Durno.butters wrote:Even i have to admit (because i have him in my team) that is one of the most shocking MOTM decisons maybe this year, im delighted but its an unbelievable choice he was hardly in the gamebrowny wrote:Would you believe it.

BOLTON v. MIDDLESBOROUGH MOTM FAYE
This again is a travesty of justice, but there we go. I, and I defend most of the decisions, can't see how a defender at home, against a second string side, who conceded a goal, and was on the side of the team with most chances, can get MOTM.
Look at the stats (because yes I haven't see the game) Bolton had 8 shots on target, and borough's second reserve keeper kept all but one out, and he apparently didn't stand a hope in hell of that one.
Shoddy.

You can not say a MOTM decision was a travesty if you havent seen the game
