Nope, short pass by Johnson I think, Jiri then beat a player and blasted home from outside the box

Has there ever been a less interesting Saturday (apart from close season and international weekends) for FF afficianados?

Unless you have Bellamy of course.

I know what you mean.

Not a bad day to be a Robbie Keane fan either - might sneak MotM in a match where no-one in particular stood out.

If it was the Prem+ commentator's decision James would get it tho

No one in particular?

Musampa was class, without him (and some good work from Calamity) City were looking at 8-0.. I know they lost but he deserves MOTM

For Spurs, Carrick ran the show, even Gardener performed,

Why does Mido look so lazy all of a sudden?

I agree Billy, James did great.

I reckon it's difficult to give a keeper conceding 2 goals MoM, but if ever there was a case for one James is a shout, bearing in mind the timing of the saves too.

I was looking at it more from a reporter's point of view in the case of a real match winner or turner, and Keane is getting himself noticed a lot recently - you know how reporters like that!

I gotta say, Musampa didn't stand out that much for me. The one thing I recall is that wasteful shot in the 2nd half that pissed off most of his teammates as City were on a roll

I don't often comment on MotMs as I don't get to see whole matches, but if the edited highlights on MotD are anything to go by, Friedel must be in with a chance.
