Please don't do things like this Arsenalno1. A lot of people are counting on these threads to follow the games.
He's in danger of being banned a third time here!

Are you insinuating its Gooner1987 in disguise? You'd have thought he'd come up with a better moniker!

Well in theory it should have been Gooner1985 this time...

With Prem Plus and Sky Sports giving it to him, it looks like Hyppia is a likely MOTM, and Im not complaining. I slipped 10,000 places on Wednesday after Liverpools loss and that MOTM may help me move them back up.

Full time 1-3

MOM (IMO) Lua Lua, but they'll probably give it to Ronaldo for his goals and hit the bar.

Brought Hyypia into a couple of teams in midweek, thought it was a mistake after the Charlton result but it certainly paid off today.

At least partially makes up for the number of teams I have Terry in, and for Collins John wrecking my FISODAS promotion hopes...

It's a cruel and unpredictable game at times. What genius could forsee that Boro would get dumped at home 4-0 by Villa then hammer Chelsea 3-0??

I have to say when the superleague numbers come through on Wednesday I could find my score of 43 (+Harewood) one of the highest, average or one of the lowest. You just dont know.

What I think will even things out is that Chelsea won and lost, and so did Liverpool, and with big blocks for a lot of teams, these will negate the effects of having two matches in a week; therefore making scores of 40 pretty good.

I'm ninth in my superleague and if my leader is leader with a Middlesborough block defence then he deserves a nobel prize.

Spot on Bram, thanks. Anyone else think Shearer will get 2nd assist? Hope so...but not confident.

I'm expecting a fairly low scoring weekend. No CS for Arsenal, Chelsea or Man U, nothing from Chelsea outfield, Terry booked, nothing for Henry, one assist for Rooney.

Liverpool blocks will be happy, and a Middlesbrough block  (I'd be shocked if anyone had this or was banking on a 'Boro win).

Anyone think RVN will get an assist for Roanlados first goal?

His header set him up.

Can't remeber what the general rule of thumb is on this!

wasn't the first one the shot from 30 yards though? Can't see an assist for that!

Ronaldo's first was from quite a way out. Can't see a KC being given for that.

Aaaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh! I don't believe it - and yes it is of late, Spurs have regularly conceded in the last 5 minutes/stoppage time. Clean sheets out of the window again - and after keeping hold of Y Pyo Lee and Dawson after their absences!!!
