Around the time Defoe scored his first which I think was in the 13th minute. I had the commentary on in the background.

So it wasn't really just before...

Why, will that not count?

After seeing the replay of the first goal about 10 times it was definitely Carvalho which I really did not want(I have Terry in all teams). He was just in front of Terry and got the header and it was Lampard who took it.

All seen on Sky.

Del Horno assist for Crespo.

100% was Carvalho!

My Robben Crespo combo should have been more fruitful me thinks....GREED!

Either could be motm though, more likely robben as he finished strong (fresh in the reporters mind).

Think Gallas may also have a chance for man of match.

You think so? I'd love it if he did, but I think it will go to Crespo or Robben in reality....

Fortunately for me the Del Horno assist renders the Terry/Carvalho debate irrelevant, squeeked through the OFL and finally a decent week in the Fiso 25er I think.

The Final "Final Word"

Was also at the game and although I also originally thought it was Terry the replay from one angle clearly shows it's Carvalho that nods it down to Gallas. (Get in there!!!!)

Couldn't understand why he was MOTM with Sky. He was stupidly caught offside about 1435 times due to poor positioning.

Shows how we all have different views, I also thought Terry was very good, and was quite hopeful of a MOTM from him, whereas Judio was unimpressed.

All about opinions

Certainly when compared to our diabolical tabloid press, but I hardly think some debatable motm calls is going to relegate it to the level of those.

For what it's worth I'm firmly in the get rid camp - but a bit of perspective please!

Disagree. I watched the match on TV and said at the time he was the best player on the pitch. If anything I would say being there puts you at a disadvantage as you don't have as good a view

And I'm not being biased as I don't have Terry
