Anyone know if is there a MotW this week? Not something that normally interests me, but sat on mid 30s and hopeful of MOM.........

Nope, not in TFF. But I've heard there is in TFFO.

MotM

Sarah Brightman. Very healthy performance  KC for Leslie Garrett

Game was poor. Mikel was good, as was Vidic, Rooney & Drog. Rest were average.

The 2 strikers had such poor service, but made the most of what they did receive. Fake was a major disappointment.

Not quite the spectacle we all wanted.

Just seen Giggs on SSN claiming they were 'robbed' by his pushing Cech over the line

err, hello. Feel like a newbie.

Was at work all day today. Tough day - tough year so far ... but still around.

Looking forward to the "highlights" tonight. Was teaching a class today, and a fully kitted out Chelsea fan left at 3.10 ... only to return at 3.40 saying that my auditing class was more entertaining than the cup final  8-)

Now I knew I was good, but...

Anyone thought the pitch cut-up really badly? Maybe they could give the MOTM to the groundskeeper.

I agree with Stemanina. Scholes was a different class. Trying to encourage Man U to go forward and pinging balls from deep. At one stage he hit 4 great 30+ yard balls balls in 90 seconds.

He played like an American quarterback.

Vidic played well as well in what, overall, was a shocking Cup Final.

Agreed - Love watching scholes when he's pinging balls all over the park as he was yesterday.
If United had scored off them maybe he'd be in with a shout for MOM.

No he hasn't. Read the whole thread. It's the Sunday Telegraph report that's online at the moment.

I know it counts for nothing, but it's making me feel better - Drogba's getting some mentions as MOM. Let's just hope the Telegraph reporter (Henry Winter seems to have been there) sees it the same:

And now the end is near, and so I face my FA Cup Final curtain. I was at the game and don't disagree with Henry Winter's verdict that the MOTM was...

JOHN OBI MIKEL

Superleague victory is mine. I hereby declare the bragging and taunting season open.

Presuming I'm spared and still employed here, I will return next season with my exclusive Sunday night sneak previews.

Have a good summer.

I'm going for Drogba. No-one really stood out for me, so the winning goal at the new Wembley is the easy way out. I'd shortlist Vidic, Essien and Scholes right enough.
