Never ceases to amaze me each week how this thread always gets loads of views (16 so far) despite having no replies on it - surely by now everyone knows what it is?

Sorry, that's not strictly related to KCs so could be viewed as irrelevant - I will atone by setting up a KC chit chat thread. (I do often help police this thread too  ).

Chelsea 2 - 1 Bolton

Michalik (-) Came off Essien last before he struck, I believe.

Kalou (Bridge)
Kalou (Lampard)

Kalou (Bridge)
Kalou (Lampard)
It looked like a knock down from the Bolton No.5 (Name?)

Also, definitely a Jussi OG. Lampard corner, Kalou header headed onto the bar by Campo came out and hit Jussi before rebounding back in.

Jussi o.g. should have no KC as Tal (not Campo?) headed it onto the bar before it went in off keeper. Significant enough a deflection to negate the KCs (and there would be two if TFF give any).

Meanwhile
Everton 1-0: Stubbs (-).
That shouldn't be given as a Cariick o.g. as it was on target

Sorry, I am watching it online, I thought Kalou headed it straight in off the bar, I didn't even see it hit JJ, thought it was in off the bar!

I blame it on the blocky picture

2-1
O'Shea
Goalie dropped the ball on to O'Shea's foot, possible KC for the corner taker which I think was Giggs?

Ronaldo coming on now

Does that mean that Ronaldo didn't get an assist?

He was the last united player to touch it, and I'd say it was a key contribution but not 100% sure.

No one gets assists in TFF. They are called KCs (Key Contributions), and have several important differences.

Rooney
Again not sure about a KC?
O'Shea cross which came off an Everton head to Rooney who took a few touches before banging it in

I meant KC of course - I don't play any othe FF game and assist was a slip of the tongue or rather fingers!

Fair enough but thought I'd better make sure - often when people have queries about KCs its because they don't understand the difference between KCs and assists. :)

I think the people that award the TFF points don't really understand the difference
For example when a goalie kicks the ball up and a striker bangs it in first time, which surely is a 100% key contribution to the goal, but goalies never get KC's?
Anyway that's another point

Having watched the Everton ManU game there are a lot of possible KC's but I wouldn't stick my neck out and say they are definitely going to be given?
1-0 Stubbs (no KC)
2-0 Fernandes (Arteta?)
2-1 O'Shea (Giggs?)
2-2 Neville OG (Ronaldo?)
2-3 Rooney (O'Shea?)
2-4 Eagles (Rooney?)

Portsmouth 2 - 0 Liverpool :x

Benjamin Mwaruwari (James?) Think he will be given the KC
Niko Kranjcar (Lauren) think he took 2 touches.

Definite KC for me. Deliberate pass to a one touch headed goal. Calamity indeed :(

After watching MOST of the goals on Start sports review (for some reason they missed out the Spurs game) at real speed here is my view of the KC's.

Chelsea 2 - 2 Bolton

Michalik (-)
Kalou (Bridge)
Jussi OG ( Possibly Kalou, Lampard)
Davies (Idan Tal)

Everton 2, Manchester United 4.
Stubbs (-)
Fernandes (Arteta)
O'Shea (Poss Giggs)
P Neville OG (poss Ronaldo)
Rooney (-)
Chris Eagles (Rooney)

And now I've forgotten the other goals I saw - maybe I'll see them again after full time.

Stubbs (Prob -Arteta) Stubbs took 2 touches I think.

Rooney (-)
Chris Eagles (Rooney)
Stubbs was a direct free kick and Arteta's pass to Fernandes shouldn't get one IMO. Fernandes lashed one from long range.

By the way - Wigan 0-2 WHU. Benayoun(Zamora). Watching on FOX Sports
