Yes, and so does Keane

Camara also got the possible one. Just about to check Saturday's ones.

Nope, but that's not a surprise. They very rarely give KCs to keepers.

Still checking Saturday, but nothing for Adebayor ... as I predicted 8-)

Yep fair play. I am puzzled about this one though, I didn't even view that as a marginal decision (neither did Bram, who didn't even mention it as a possible).

Any news on the potential Hunt KC from Saturday?

Saturday as predicted, including the Barry possible, but not the Hunt possible. Plus they gave 3KCs to Alan Smith which must include the neat lob to Rooney down the touchline for Ronaldo's goal.*

I'm now about to rewatch some of the goals to see what I missed.

* Edit - well suggested PSA. :)

Right, the extra KCs...

Smith: It was a decisive pass, and even though Rooney did a lot it wouldn't have been possible without the earlier pass. Good decision.
Drogba: Looked too far out and too short at first, but closer examination shows he had defenders closing in on him and the pass was perfectly positioned for Ballack to find Lampard in one touch. Good decision.
Keane: What  Not only did Berbatov take several touches but the ball also came off a defender at one point. What else can it be for though? He scored 15 points on TFFO which can only be StartingXI + 2 goals + KC. It's not often that I'm completely stumped by a KC ruling, but this is one of them.

Can't understand the problem here. The one touch football made the Drogba KC. I was happy yesterday in the understanding that he had earned an extra three points. Would have been concerned if he had not got it.

Appreciate the insight there Bram. I must find a video of the Keane goal now to see what the heck is going on.

Surprised Adebayour didn't get an assist given some of the KCs this week.

Have you tried www.101greatgoals.com

Got this from someone on here. Regularly has all the previous day's goals.

Someone gets them up there ridiculously quickly.

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1pzld ... batov-goal

Inconclusive as to whether the defender touches, but Berbatov does have very quick feet.

Indeed. One of the replays was very clear on that. Also, inside the 6yard box you'll get a KC even if you didn't know what you were doing.

It's hats off to the GFM boys again this afternoon. Here's their reply:
TFFO Queries wrote:Dear Mr Bramernic

Thank you for your recent correspondence.

Keane laid the ball off perfectly to Berbatov who, even though he took a couple of touches and the defender tried to make a challenge (and the touch from the defender did not significantly alter the direction of the ball), found the space and scored.

Kind regards
Watching it again I can see what they mean. I think Berbatov must have been close to doing too much for a KC, but fair play for explaining it.

Rooney assist

Post by DaveH »

There's no Rooney KC mentioned on the 'match facts' link from the Telegraph email!

A mistake surely

Not seen the email yet, but yes, TFFO shows him with 2 goals, a KC, a booking and a Starting appearance - total 13 points.

Rooney KC was definitely not on my email as well! Weird. :? :?

*Edited to say the email of course provides a link which now appears to have been updated. I copy and paste all the match details to send out to our superleague members and when I did this originally, there was no sign of a Rooney kc. It's obviously been updated now so all is good in the world again.
