From a couple of angles it looks as if Shev gets the touch but from the final angle on the video that Crompton has posted you can quite clearly see that Shev misses the ball and it is in fact the defender who gets the touch before Kalou knocks it in. Unfortunately it looks as if TFF only used the first angles where it looked as if it was Shev.

I think I am being particularly stupid but I cannot get the KCs an MOM from the Telegraph. I clicked on sport ( as advised by Razorback) but Icould not see the list in the bottom left hand corner.

There are the golden boys that get "looked after".

Carvalho and Rooney tonight - no question.

Spot on. I was celebrating, assuming he'd got a red, and was then amazed to see he hadn't. God knows how the ref could explain that one, if he didn't see it and so never gave the pen then ok, but if he saw the foul then how on earth could he not see it as an obvious scoring chance? :?

They would be sensible picks but it will prob be Dawson and Morrison.

Agreed - watched the spurs game and definitely thought Drogba deserved it, I'm told Ronaldo deserved it from those who watched the other game. Oh yes, and agreed also - Bright is a complete moron.

Edit: RE the subsequent post, Dawson did pretty well too, so wouldn't be a huge shock. But his one rush of blood trying to put pressure on cost us the second goal. :(

He's been doing that for ages, who is this 'Drog-baaa' he speaks of? But then again, he's been practically senile for about six years now :D

Yep, we noticed this a while back - extremely irritating. There's is another player who he does it with, but I can't remember who. I believe Pleat does the same thing too - idiots stick together.

EDIT: Might be worth whacking any further such comments on the Spurs v Chelsea thread - this one is really for KCs and MOTMs etc.

If I may interrupt your waffle on pronunciations....

Man of the match: Shaun Wright-Phillips (Chelsea).
Man of the match: Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United).

Really? Typically stupid. SWP was pretty good (for a change), but Drog was the best defender and the best attacker on show, you don't see that very often.

Unusually early for FA Cup MOTMs isn't it?
