- Location: Goodbye, Pine Cottage. Hello, Casterbridge.
Saturday's FA Cup 4th round unofficial 'man of the match' decisions from Sunday Telegraph and Observer respectively
(Daily Telegraph version is due on Monday)
Selections are from winning teams unless stated.
Birmingham 2 Reading 3
Leroy Lita. Birmingham’s defence just could not handle his general liveliness and deadly finishing.
Bobby Convey. Reading were well served on the flanks by Convey and Seol, with the lively American just shading it.
Bristol City 2 Middlesbrough 2
Lee Johnson (BC). Small in stature his was a hugely important contribution to the City cause, always available to receive a pass and keep his side ticking over.
Lee Johnson (BC). What the midfielder lacks in height he more than makes up for in skill and effort. Son of City manager Gary Johnson, he recovered from anonymous start to give Boro serious problems, creating City's two goals with tricky free-kicks.
Luton 0 Blackburn 4
Matt Derbyshire. He made it an easy choice with his two well taken goals and the brave header that set up Benni McCarthy. Having indicated his potential on loan at Wrexham, he is starting to fulfil it.
Matt Derbyshire. The 20-year old forward showed pace, skill and a willingness to work for his team.
Fulham 3 Stoke 0
Vincenzo Montella. You sensed the anticipation of the crowd every time he had the ball; Stoke were wary of marking him too tightly, fearful he would make them look foolish.
Vincenzo Montella. The Italy striker scored the opener, made the second and had a hand in Fulham’s third.
Man Utd 2 Portsmouth 1
Wayne Rooney. His goals made all the difference.
Linvoy Primus (Por). Solid and comfortable in defence for best part of 80 minutes, capably looking after Henrik Larsson and covering more ground than partner Sol Campbell.
Tottenham 3 Southend 1
Jermaine Jenas. The England international had been out for 14 games with a groin injury but showed how much his side had missed him with a superb all-round display of box-to-box midfield play capped by scoring the second goal.
Aaron Lennon. From a long list of candidates, Lennon stood out with a dazzling exhibition of pace and imagination on both flanks, swapping with Jenas to torment Southend on the right, late in the second half. His manager thinks he can easily play on the left for England.
West Ham 0 Watford 1
Damien Francis. Lively performance, unlucky to have a goal disallowed.
Ben Foster. On a day his opposite number Roy Carroll will want to forget, the young keeper handled what little West Ham threw at him with authority, agility, and spirit.

After watching the rolling roundup on BBCi, here are my thoughts on potential KCs for Sunday: (sorry about the indecision on the Man City KCs, but with only one angle for each goal and no slow speed replays it's just not conclusive.
*** Now confirmed on TFFO ***
Arsenal 1-1 Bolton
Nolan (Anelka, Davies)
Toure (-)
Chelsea
Shevchenko (-)
Drogba (-)
Mikel (-)
Man City
Vassell (-)
Barton (Ireland)
Beasley (Dunne)

If you go into the tff site one of the options you can click is live scores and it gives you a live commentry on the game and you can access player stats for the game.It says Lampard got an assist/key pass.Does anyone think he did get a kc now.Or should we just disregard it and take it with a pinch of salt.
