No, it was the size of the deflection and the likelihood of a different outcome without it. I saw both goals from various angles and if Speed hadn't tipped Fab's shot upwards slightly it would not have made it to Toure. IMO.
I'm not sure I'm having that. :?

PS. I don't have Fabregas.

They ARE consistent on theirdecisions for KCS on deflections

It makes up for Fabregas' undeserved one last week

Hairy muff, I just don't think there was a massive deviation in the flight of the free kick yesterday, and certainly not in comparison with Evra's last week. I'm not grumbling though. :D

When I first saw the goal, my initally reaction is that it was a very close call and could go either way. Wonder if the telegraph use hawkeye technology to judge the flight of the ball after Speeds flick?

But it absolutely makes up for last weeks as you said.

You should be allowed 2 challenges during the season if you don't agree with KC's.

I'll go for the

5th Round Draw

It's pretty crap by the telegraph to be honest. If there not going to print them in the paper they should of been on the website by now.

What happens to the reporters post FA Cup matches?

Got a better one

I'm afraid that after much discussion our football editor was unwilling to print MOTM information at the end of 4th round FA Cup matches as the information could not always be made available for the matches not involving Premiership teams and he preferred a consistent style within the pages of the sports section. This will be reviewed ahead of the 5th round, however, Man of the Match information will be updated during the working day following each FA Cup match as early as possible within the Game News section of the TFF website.

Apologies for any disappointment caused, for the weekend the list is as follows:

Arsenal v Bolton…………………..Jussi Jaaskelainen
Bristol C v 'Boro…………………..Scott Murray
Fulham v Stoke………………….Vincenzo Montella
Man Utd v Portsmouth………………..Wayne Rooney
Chelsea v Forest……………………Michael Essien
Spurs v Southend………………..Aaron Lennon
B'ham v Reading…………………..John Oster
Luton v Blackburn…………………..Matt Derbyshire
West Ham v Watford…………………Ben Foster
Man City v So'ton………………..Stephen Ireland

Rooney motm - very good decsion,

He changed the game with his first and scored a beautiful goal that turned out to be the winner, and even better Crompton does not have him

At least you still have your collection of pictures of Zidanes bottom to keep you happy!

They love Essien don't they? I know he's good but they could give it to Lampard now and again, here he played the best IMO

He wouldn't of slotted the first one away with ease if Giggs hadn't played an inch perfect ball to him.

No problems with the second - was an absolute beauty. That was IMO moment of the match. Still doesn't make him MOM IMO.

Never mind. Still got a health lead at the top of the Superleague

PS: Plus a FULL quota of players playing midweek.

How funny - there was yet another debate on the Sun Dream Team forum today about how all Lamps has to do is turn up and he automatically gets MOTM, yet in TFF it's the opposite. I don't suppose by any chance anyone has easy access to the total MOTMs for him both for Sun and for TFF this season? Ok, I know the Sun includes Europe and League Cup too, but even so I bet the number of MOTMs award for Lamps in Sun will look stupid compared to TFF!
