2018 TFF World Cup Two-Footed Challenge * £20 Cash League *

The two-team version of the World Cup cash league kicks off on Thurs 14 June.
As usual, format enables entrants to play with different strategies:
eg: use transfers for different block defences or to change strikers regularly or ...
The right formula should help sustain interest through the whole tournament.

Summary
- each FISO manager submits two TFF World Cup teams
- super league entry fee of £20 covers both XIs
- deadline for payment to clear is Mon night, 11 June
- total fund is redistributed as prizes at end of championships.

Rules
Super league prize contest is based on previous two-team summer championships

- competition begins at 16:00 BST on Thurs 14 June
- each manager must submit TWO different teams 
- super league entry fee is £20 in total (ie, to cover both XIs)
- payment options are cheque or online bank transfer only 
- each entrant should forward fee to clear by Mon night 11 June 
- league name and PIN will be sent by Private Message 
- manager must add both sides by Wed 13 June
- team view option is Private, ie: no one can see another team's line-up 
- entry fund will be fully redistributed as prizes: minimum four awards
- as in TFF game, no person can win more than one internal SL prize

Here we go again: Another Tournament devalued by a missing Scottish contingent
As some of may remember, I have won the Overall TFFWC Comp in both 2010 & 2014 and therefore will be attempting a 3 peat: Euro 2016 was a mystery to me due to the changes to the rules. However, I think that playing the Two-Footed Challenge and using 2 different strategies will allow me to be competitive.
Block Defence v Outright Attack, that's how I am going: Feel free to share with your fellow FIOSers your thoughts and insights. Sam does a great job running these Comps and I'll take this opportunity to thank him now.

I believe you can play both teams which ever way you choose, having 2 teams just allows the opportunity of different strategies.

So, in answer to queries above, you decide how different the two starting teams are: one player or all eleven.
Note: a manager can win only one SL prize, so it may pay - monetarily and in added interest during the tournament - to try varying strategies.

And as an aside, yes, some Fisons are far from compliant in responding to requests(!):
- even though surname is requested when someone applies to join cash league - this helps identify incoming bank transfer quickly and safely - some ignore this, causing unnecessary admin
- similarly, others still feel the need to quote a lengthy post that sits immediately above their reply, meaning extra scrolling for subsequent readers; this isn't green either...
