Welcome to Telegraph Fantasy Football Europe, the version of TFF that covers the Champions League knockout stages.

Select your team now and you can change it as much as you like right up until the first Round of 16 matches kick off at 7.45pm on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.

There's £1,000 up for grabs, for the overall Champion.

Even more exciting are our Super 32s competitions, where EVERY CHAMPION WINS £100.

HOW TO PLAY

You have a £50million fantasy budget to put together a team of Europe’s finest players in one of six formations. The better your players perform in the Champions League knockout stages, the more points you’ll score.

Points are earned for appearances, scoring goals, creating goals and keeping clean sheets and lost for yellow and red cards and for conceding goals etc. (see ‘Scoring Points’ for full details).

SELECTING A TEAM

Select your team of 11 players by clicking on their names in the player list. Each player has been valued by the TFF Europe judges and the total value of your players must be £50million or less.

There are no limits on the number of players you can choose from any one club and you can choose from the six available formations.

SCORING POINTS

The aim of the game is to score as many points as possible during the tournament. Your selected players will score points as follows:

All players:

Starting XI appearance (2 pts)

Substitute appearance (1 pt)

Goal scored (5 pts)

Key Contribution (3 pts)

Red card (-3 pts)

Yellow card (-1 pt)

Missed penalty (-2 pts)

Own Goal (-3 pts)


Goalkeepers only:

Penalty save (5pts)


Goalkeepers/defenders only:

Full clean sheet - player plays 60 mins or more (5 pts)

Part clean sheet - player plays fewer than 60 mins (2 pts)

First goal conceded (0 pts)

Each additional goal conceded (-1 pt)

Points are not awarded for penalty shoot outs.

TRANSFERS

You can change your line up as much as you like up until the first kick-off at 7.45pm on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.

After that, you can make up to 12 player changes during the Round of 16, a further 11 player changes at the beginning of the Quarter Finals stage and 24 player changes until the Champions League Final.

Transfers must be made before the scheduled kick-off time of any given match in order for your new players to score points from that match.

In Summary:

• Transfer amnesty up to 7:45pm on Feb 16.

• Round 16 transfer cap of 12 between 20.00 on Feb 16 and 19.45 on March 16.

• 11 transfers available between 00:00 on March 17 and 19.45 on April 5.

• Transfer cap of 24 between 20:00 on April 5 and 19.45 on May 28 (the Final).

Note: unused transfers cannot be carried over into the next transfer window.

LIVE SCORING

You can follow your points and league tables in real time during every match.

Important note:

Live score updates are designed to enhance your enjoyment of the game but live updates should be regarded as indicative only. All in-play points are subject to overnight verification once the TFF judges have had a chance to review footage from each match.

In particular, extra Key Contributions might be added during the overnight updates because up to two players can earn KC points in TFF Europe. However, because the live scores are based on an automated data feed, TFF Live will only ever award a maximum of one ‘assist’ per goal.

In other words, the points you see in the TFF Live will be very similar but not always identical to the final, classified scores you’ll see the following morning – and they’ll certainly give you a good idea of how you’re getting on.

Only played TFF for a year, is there and leagues to join the champions league tournament.

So it's impractical to collect fees for redistribution as cash league awards.
Nevertheless, a Two-Footed Challenge SL has been set up again.

Yep Block defence and rotate the block or Block defence keep and rotate the outfield would be my view on the way to go, I did quite well last year partly because I did the team then went on a long holiday Hence I picked a block, left the transfers alone (no access) then came back and caught a few late last 16 points using the transfers.
Re fiso we wont win anything with only me and surprised in the league
You need to think about when you enter the team as well, enter on Wednesday night or even the following Tuesday and you'll be entering knowing lineups without losing any "appearances" (for other teams not if in Sams league which has a deadline).
