Good luck to you but not to much  I have 6 playing with 4 transfers left, I know there are teams in the top 100 that have had no transfers left for a while now but are still hanging in there so in your position I would do exactly the same.

Yep getting interesting Neill, but I still reckon you're teasing me and will bang in those extra trannies near the end
And Pottster is also on a bit of a role since he got back into the game too, so I think he's worth looking out for (although its a big ask there!)

Only 3 left now but do intend to not tinker yet as it has been a good side all season just need one particular team to get some form back.

I'm obviously hoping they dont!! Got most of my eggs in two other teams baskets. I've still got two left and like you wont be tinkering as I'm sure they'll be a few more injuries (esp with internationals coming up!!)

Took Zaki out (which I should have done ages ago) turned out to be a bonus with his replacement scoring, down to 2 transfers now.

Good move that Neill.
So 2 trannies left each then.
Not a good week for me, but I did have four not playing
At least it makes for a bit of fun and a little bit of excitement :!: :!:

Need more than that though Neill :!:
I reckon this next week might be the decider as to whether I have a chance of catching you or not with the FA cup games and extra PL games, as its probably where I have different players to you! But at least its brightened up this game for us eh and kept it interesting! I reckon if you do extend your lead much this next week though then you're about there...might need to think about how I use my remaining subs after that!
Cheers keith

No :)
Closest its been now since week 1 Neill :!: Have to say though I think you look to have a much better and settled team for the run in though - especially with those reds and their extra game. 8-) .
But at least now Ars are out of the cup I can get rid of RVP! (bad decision that on my part)

Me too! No secret though - out goes RVP. Guess your problem is the boy you bought in a couple of weeks ago from the potteries
Still think your side is better balanced though and with that extra game for a few of your players, but yes its tight and good fun! All the best (ish! ) Keith

So a double tranny and thats you done then eh!
I took out RVP (for Defoe who then sadly has a bereavement and didn't play) but still got one left. Its my forwards that have done me really, especially as one of them is Saha!!!!!!!!!!! Thought once he was fit again and Arteta was injured he'd play more, but that hasn't worked out. Bad decision but keeping him now cuz of the cup final (unless he gets injured again). Rest of my team you can probably guess and it doesn't help me when Everton leak two at home!!!! Given the Jags situation and not much to play for in the league that could now be my problem. Still, an interesting run in. My team is: Reina, Neville, Bos, Koncheski, Baines; Lamps, Ron, Cahill; Saha, Defoe, Drogba.

It is going to be close as I only have 2 for the final which you have covered, I also took out RVP but put in Torres should be not risk of him getting rested so may end up playing more than Drogba the player I put in for Beattie was Antoine-Fortune who as an Albion fan I was doubley pleased when he popped up with an assist.

My team: VDS,Vidic,Young,Carragher,Arbeloa,Lamps,Cahill,Ronaldo,Jo,Torres & Antoine-Fortune

So what ya gonna do with your transfer :)

At the moment, wait to see if there is an injury!!!!!! Otherwise it might be a MU player (VDS) or Wigan player (Scharner) probably for the extra game!!
I think one of my better moves was to drop Young for konchesky just as the AV wheels came off and that has certainly paid off, but AV might be better for the run in. Also Jo was a good call for you and I'm worried that you managed to shoe horn Torres in, as I think you're right about him and Drog (I very nearly did the same two trannies as you last week, but decided to stick with saha because Jo was ineligable and would get another game). Also I think your team is more balanced, but the cup final might be a bit of a nail biter if I can stay with you, as I potentially have 7 for that game!! ...and have the two you have covered 8-). Also hoping Defoe plays against your team next Sat :)

Well Keith I am very glad Villa finally kept a clean sheet last night especially with Torres being out injured :x I do think its a case of can I keep far enough ahead for the cup final not sure that 13 points would be enough.

Yesterday was a bit of a double-sided coin for me (especially as the margin had gone down to 7!) as I was hoping Young might let one in (or even still be injured!), in this game  , but I had him in my CYKI team and Premier football team, so glad he was clean for those :) (both doing ok). Torres ommision was a bit weird especially when Drog scored for me and we thought he wouldn't play and Torres would. I think it might hinge on if MU keep clean sheets in their next three to see if you can get a big enough lead. And of course see what happens with Torres! I reckon 20+ and you're safe (ish)

Man Utd going through to the final last night may work against me, a nil nil against Citeh and a Liverpool win this weekend would be good for me so they can't afford to rest players, not that I'm asking for much :)

Yep, know what you mean. Could be all over in the league by next week!! As ever one of us might need a bit of luck in the way managers choose to rest players before up and coming finals - I could be in the same boat with Everton/Chelsea players nearer the end, especially if Chelsea go through tonight (which I hope they do for my Times team trying to get a mini league place position  ). As they say in Football, I'd rather be at the top with the points!! And to be honest it would be hard on you now if I did pip you as you have led since the first day of the season - but at least I've given you a game .
Next week will be interesting :)

Looking at the fixtures again for this week, I'm not feeling confident :(
This could be the week you finish it off
Decided to hang on to my tranny for now as my Defoe tranny is not looking a good choice so far :(

You'll be a happy boy tonight Neill - two goals for your man Fortune in your team and a win for the baggies to keep them alive - does it get better than that?
Suppose the icing would have been Everton letting in a goal :D
