All 10 Premiership managers (which includes the Cup holder)

Jester (League Two champion)
samyadav (Conference champion)
Payner (Champions Cup holder)

I think nobody has ever bothered applying that rule in the Cup because, as you say, the scoreline doesn’t actually matter!
