hopeless till the end!
despite three e-mails to remind them, one in advance and two after they still can't update the scores from last nights game.
the sun and times will feel justifiably miffed considering their huge lack of effort that some blinking yanks come along and snatch the worst run game award from under their noses.
however the good news for the news international team is that these guys are unlikely to return and they will be able to claim back their worst run game status which they seem to take great pride in

Don't think they've had much competition for this award, in fact you could add the words "of all time"
My only remaining interest in this game is the FREE to enter version
Overall prize (plasma TV, 2nd prize is an X-box ) -
1 JohnHuntTaunton 154 5234 0
2 Hobbo's XI 126 5189 0
3 Mofos 126 5039 0
4 ste_ash 176 4932 + 1
5 KALLU'D UP 88 4856 -1
4th quarter prize (yet another X-box) -
1 JohnHuntTaunton 1251
2 spency 1166
3 ste_ash 1132
4 gaurav.choksi 1125
5 Sm8s FC 1114
These tables don't include the last couple of games of course
What a rubbish season this has been for me, a bit of cash and an X-box in this game, top 10 in the Star + the odd leaderboard appearance in a few others...My worst since I started back in 1996, love to blame my bloomin' kids, but that just wouldn't be nice
Roll on next year, surely it cant be as bad again, can it
Let's just hope everyone gets paid in this game and we can all move on...What a great shame

worst season for me john, no win bar the sky 1/4.
a few top 10's but as i spend most of my time backing horses (considerably more profitable ) i suppose cash wise the season hasn't been a complete write off and no big surprise.
avoiding the pool defence hasn't been my best fantasy decision of all time this season

mike has it wrapped up.
in a way a shame i put in next to no effort early on, but on the other hand as i stated above i make far more money backing horses so that must take precedence

tomorrow we will be able to say here lies a competition that couldn' be a*sed.
RIP fanball.
i sent them several e-mails and even phoned them but they still couldn't be a*sed to update the scores from midweek.
anyone fancy giving them some grief, they must be licenced somewhere and probably have fairly severe legislation regarding being limited in the us.
definitely the worst run competition i've ever played in. despite stiff competition in recent years
