Noticed Redmond didn’t get a KC for the pass to Austin who passed to Valery for the 1st.

From memory now didn’t Lukaku miss out on their first goal too.
Lukaku was given the KC on the Live Scores but had it removed. Perhaps the TFF Poohbahs will have cause to reflect on the curmudgeonliness

Now you can relax, let the spite go, and sit on Luiz for clean sheets in the coming weeks.

Liverpool make one change for this afternoon’s Merseyside derby with Everton.

Jordan Henderson returns to the starting line-up at Goodison Park, replacing James Milner.
Roberto Firmino is named on the bench following an ankle injury.
Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Henderson, Mane, Salah, Origi.
Subs: Mignolet, Milner, Keita, Firmino, Sturridge, Lallana, Shaqiri.

Still lacking in round peg defensive cover but plenty of experience elsewhere on that strong bench.

I do wonder if caution will be the watchword for pool and city if the title race is going to be a head bobber all the way to the finish line. I regret not doing more 5/3/2 formations with Jota to VVD’s today.

Not sure how it can be about caution when Citeh keep winning :? :( You could say Liverpool have been cautious getting 0-0s and other draws lately - and it has seen the lead disappear.

High: 129

Low: 49 (active = 64)

Best team: 129

4 of my 6 active teams over 110 (top 10k in week) :D Best team now in my highest place of the season (other than my cheating/hare FISO 500 team which was briefly top 10)

Maybe caution is the wrong word. Maybe it’s cagey. Feeling the pressure. City have only scored 1 in each of their last two league games. My point is that if they are both feeling the pressure and are not taking their chances, they simply cannot afford to conceed. Perhap their defensive assets are more attractive, at this stage, than their offensive assets.

Almost. The only fly in the ointment is Doherty and I can live with him. :)

On the down side the team is in 16,825th place.
