Also a semi Leicester block which it seems is the way forward for the next few weeks at least. 59>624>1121 here with 25 transfers left.

50>723>911 Also no transfers although waiting on Abraham news. Mousset an interesting option with only 0.8% ownership. Free's up some funds but unless I decide to address Salah's worrying lack of form/fitness am relatively happy with rest of team until the Christmas Hokey Cokey starts.

55>631>20788th. Sorted my team out about a month ago and in that time have climbed about 37,000 places. Teams looking healthy and 26 transfers left.

28>913>724 Uneventful week but happy with that at the half way point and with 20 transfers left.

Happy Christmas fellow singletons! :D

I'm sitting just inside 3k as of this morning and have resisted making many subs over Xmas with just about enough (hopefully) left going in to the second half.

Happy New Year to all of us brave souls! :)

Excellent Christmas period sees me up to 159th. Worried Ndidi's absence is going to impact the Leicester clean sheets though. Need to replace Kane, thoughts on Callum Wilson as a replacement (vs Wat/Nor/Bri/AV/SU/Bur), the next 6 plus a cup tie look good but it's Bournemouth......

Well done, awesome performance. I started with Wilson as my only forward. 8 games without a goal or KC before I binned him means I can't recommend him. I didn't realize at the time just how bad Bournemouth were. If they provide him with chances he will score. I replaced Kane straight away with Rashford but shouldn't have bothered. Surprised you still have him as it was clearly a bad injury.

Been pondering who to bring in. Rashford aside none of the main strikers played last weekend so just let Kane sit there. MU look shot so thought there might be value elsewhere which leaves a bit more in the bank. As a differential could see me leap forward if he takes off or slide back down if not. Risk not taking Vardy but will see how it goes.

45 this week -199 for the month. Blown 6 transfers since new years plus have R. James and Sarr injured having got them both in the last week. Anybody else starting to run out of transfers?

Transfers also behind the curve but am Aguero-less and a creaky Leicester defence crying out to be changed Just the 37pts this week and have tumbled to 522. Hoping for a midweek revival. With or without Aguero!

A rollercoaster couple of game weeks. Plummeted into the 900s then back up to 550. Aguero recruited but would be typical if now rested at the weekend. Wait and see on Mane with Auba waiting in the wings if likely to miss 2+ games.

Same here for me but not quite those heady heights. Back up to 1800s with Lvpl helping. Mane to City player for me I think tomorrow. My sl leader has stormed off into the distance so I am hoping has burnt himself out in giddy sub madness, hoping. :P

And upwards again! Getting dizzy. 274th now but the transfers low light is on!

Hope you didn't go Aguero. Scores when you don't have him, hauls when you don't!!

This was from 2nd Dec - last time I posted here. After tonight's results I'm 66>1328>4759th so still steadily rising. 11 transfers left. Need to get a City midfielder back in (prob De Bryune) after their little break. And ship Cantwell out if I can. A bit light on transfers maybe but still hoping for top 1000 finish.

Excellent effort. Single figure transfers and just outside top 500 now. Looking to move out my x2 SU defenders and Traore also a worry. Those moves could make or break the season.

I's been pretty quiet over here. I'll see if I can get the ball rolling for the last couple of games. 1862 pts, 2477th, 2 transfers remaining.

All transfers blown 1st week of lockdown and bobbing up and down at the mercy of each game week. Still have 11 standing and just outside top 2k 8pts ahead of you!

All transfer gone now. Got up to 9th but now down to 17th and not looking great. I was winning the One league as well but think that's just out of reach too. Oh well, always next year haha

I'm out of transfers and am currently in position 574, but suspect it'll drift down from there.

Won my mates league at a canter, so I'm happy :D

1935 points, 748th. No tfrs left, went big on Man Utd a while back hoping they’d make the final... still, right move as they’ve consistently returned.
Hoping to hang on to second in my mini league as worth a few quid. Might still catch the leader But need a differential, eg joe Gomez hat trick 😂

Ended up 1983pts, 2394th overall. Was down in about 60000th in November after a disastrous start to the season so feel like I pulled it back around OK. Would have liked to have squeezed into the top 2000 (best position previously was 1760th).

Finished Pos. 453 with 2042 points. Happy with that as i was outside the top 20000 at the start of the year. I always have a terrible winter/Christmas period. 4 transfers on Pulisic and no goals. Definitely the new Hazard.

Uninspiring 1968pts for 3339th. Lowest finish for a few years. Liverpool block finished me for run in with no transfers left. £90 1st prize in work league so all good though.

And whisper quietly, over on the dark side in FPL finished in 1629th!

Poor finish (ran out of transfers) took me outside the top 1k and I ended up in 1,455th, which is still one of my better results.

Won my mates league, of course 8-)

And, whispering quietly like YoG about the dark side.... had a great season in FPL, finished just outside the top 3k, my best ever.

Single entrants no more? Could really do with a consensus XI, lol.

I'm happy to share my progress (or lack of it) on this thread as usual, if we are all up for doing it all over again, despite Norvern Muppet's apparant permanent disappearance.

As usual I only have one "main team", but will also have...
A clone of that team in the FISO TFF/FPL Combo league - same starting XI, same transfers throughout the season
A FISO Egg Cup League team - predefined starting XI
A FISO Highlander League team - where the transfer strategies disregard overall position and instead focus on ensuring you aren't the worse weekly score each week. Crazily, for the last two years, that's been my best team!
A FISO Block League Team (where I've been saddled with the Palace GK and defence).

So I've always been something of a charlatan on this "single entrant" thread, as I always have 4-5 teams, albeit with only one that isn't handicapped in some way (so that's the one I talk about on this thread).

Anyway, good luck to all single entrants, whoever and wherever you are :D
