I know there are plenty of cooks out there on FISO and I have a potential dilemma.
I made some pastry dough for a Chicken and Mushroom pie but didn't make the pie and so froze the dough.
I now remember that I forgot to add salt to the dough. Is the dough unusable or doesn't it really matter?

I forgot to get the milk as part of the filling.
Forgetting things was a major part of the day

Re: Pastry
Only from a taste point of view I think. I don't think it stops it from happening.

Re: Pastry
Taste is the part that matters. I did use salted butter by mistake so that has probably cancelled out the no salt error.
