Can't see Coutinho being anything like 'guaranteed' initially, Rodgers has said just the opposite.

Coutinho is not yet match fit so I don't think he will play until the middle of February at the earliest, he needs to get up to speed with the premiership first.

As for who will eventually drop out, unlikely to be Henderson - as he plays in midfield and Coutinho will play in the front 3 for us, so I expect Downing to make way for him and Countiho and Sterling to share the 3rd striking slot.
