Also good for Can to play in midfield - think he will go back to defence after this though (if Hendo OK) as he adds composure bringing the ball out which the 4 'proper' centre backs don't really have.

Can't see any kids starting (other than Ibe/Sterling of course)

Lovren Skrtel Toure
Ibe Allen Can Moreno
Lallana Studge Sterling

bench = Ward (GK), Manquillo, Enrique (fit?), Markovic, Balotelli, Lambert +1 kid.

Forgotten anybody??

Yeah why would Markovic fly out there when he's serving a 4 game ban for an imaginary tickle on someone's face.

I understand Rodgers hand is forced somewhat on selections but Car Crash at left back is asking for trouble I bet bilic targets that right wing.

The other question is are Liverpool's two biggest sulkers going to pass to each other and chase back or will they continue to play as individuals :?

Personally I don't think they like or repect each other. Can see Sterling being the fall guy in this in not receiving a pass from either when in better positions. I hope I'm wrong.

Another gem from Rodgers.

selects a team to play without a recognised Striker.,

Not content with playing Sterling out of position week in , week out, ( and he can eff off for 50 quid) no doubt Coutinho will be thust into the false NO 9 role today and will be the start of demoralising him.

Sack Rodgers ffs the guy is a complete and utter kkkyyyyyyuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnttttttttttttttttttt

Well there you go

An organised set up team of no prima-donna's plays against a team picked with no recognised strikers because the manager's self belief with innovative tactics are so far up his own arse they are in danger of swallowing him completely.

When will the owners of Liverpool realised that The Kings Clothes is precisely that.

SACK eff RODGERS,

WILL STOKE SCORE 10?

RODGERS quotes. "I'll go if you want"

Haven't you eff gone yet?

You've broken all records for failure at Liverpool thus far, and you've managed to sign just the one player you could call a success in Coutinho.

The dross you've assembled wouldn't grace the Ryman Premier league.

Go and spin your eff Blarney down Hackney marshes. You've achieved eff-ALL in the game as player or manager to warrant the positions you have been given.

Mignolet
Manquillo or Can as a right back
Lovren
Sakho
Moreno
Allen
Lallana
Markovic
Borini
Lambert
Ballotelli

Sends a shiver down the eff spine the talent he's bought to the club for well in excess of £150 million.

Toure & Wisdom extend contracts

Rodgers thinks that's another astute piece of management and will appease the fans for the new season.

How its widely reported that his job is not in jeopardy is beyond comprehension to me at least.

When Mignolet, Sahko and Moreno feature in a "dream" team, you know you're in trouble.

How eff RODGERS has dodged being given his P45 is totally beyond my comprehension.

Pkayers are not even playing for him now and the dross he has signed and will continue to sign ( as he has an eye for SHITE)can only take Liverpool to the abyss.

Content with continuing in this vein he has given Toure another year
Car crash Wisdom a new contract, and now he's signing another freebie on humongous wages to play in Coutinho's role.

Coutinho has been Liverpools only bright spark in season of mediocrity which should of resulted in Rodgers walking. He's had his time,, just eff off RODGERS.

Coutinho is wasted at Liverpool and I'm amazed he has signed a new contract in the knowledge Rodgers will not be signing any class players to be on a wavelength to compliment Coutinho's genius.

Why doesn't Rodgers do the honourable thing and eff off and then apply for the managerial position somewhere down the line at St Mary's.

His fascination with paying way over the odds for their players is probably the biggest laughing stock in football.

Clyne £15 million  don't make me laugh.

When is he going to buy a new decent keeper
Two centre halves
A left back

And ship out
Mignolet
Lovren
Sakho
Moreno
can
Markovic
Allen
Borini
Ballotelli

Amongst others.

The Soton board must be sitting round their table laughing themselves eff senseless at the money Liverpool , on behalf of Rodgers , continue to throw in their direction ,whilst they find better replacements at a 1/5th of the price.

Wouldn't disagree with most of your list that you need to get rid of but Emre Can has looked a decent player in the u21's tournament. Definitely one to stick with for me.

As for Clyne, they need to replace Glen Johnson so not sure what the problem is. Everyone pays over the odds for British players, don't they?

Any club BR ends up at he'd still buy Joe Sideways out of Crewe reserves.

Give him his due though, Firmino looks the goods.

Based on what, YouTube? Big debate recently on social media about fans bigging up players they've literally never seen outside clips videos and computer games.

Never heard of Firmino.
Never seen Firmino.

Expect him to be in the Aqualini mould or the poor mans Patrick Berger , Markovic.

I guess he could converse with Coutinho, but then again Rodgers has signed Milner to play in Coutinho's position.

I expect Ings to prove to be the young mans version of Lambert and will flounder.

Tired of seeing Liverpool linked to Bacca ( lazy bustard but can finish,)and Benteke, who try's for 1/2 a dozen games a season then his agent will do a Ward proclaiming he wants to play for Barcelona or something. Benteke ain't worth 10 mio imo.

If Firmino was any good then one of the bigger clubs would of signed him
If Clyne was worth 15 mio then one of the big clubs would of signed him
If Benteke was worth 32.5 mio one of the big clubs would of signed him.

Liverpool are shopping at Cafe's nowdays and paying top restaurant prices because they are so poorly managed.

Weed out the problem. Sack Rodgers.

Interested to see how the Firmino signing pans out ? Never heard of him until the last week or two. I think Clyne will be a good addition to the squad. Interesting to see where Benteke ends up ?

It's using an iPad u northern bustard I can't be arsed to continually go back to correct either grammar or pre text that the iPad throws up.

Is Clyne worth 5 times more than Tripper? Not a eff chance
Micah Richards was bought on a free and that was the only player worth getting on a free from City not journey man Milner.

When the Kings clothes goes knocking on other teams doors with Liverpools wallet in his pocket other clubs must think, "Great....here comes that twit with MUG plastered over his forehead." Ker-ching
