I am happy to complete it with a 10km this morning unless anyone else wishes to do their bit?

I'm heading out now too (just 6.2k) but lets see if we can do it with just one go each - if you upgrade your 7 for a 10 that will leaves us with 7. I think!

Caf? Mystery? Anybody?

Good start there. One third done and dusted.

Just going to be a shortish one for me tomorrow (did 11km on weds), should take us to halfway if nobody adds anything in the meantime.

I’m sitting it out this week folks, sorry! Giving my legs a rest (calf muscles in particular have been suffering, one of them still isn’t right now after last Sunday’s run).
Back in the game next week I reckon. 🤜

GO!

Hopefully enough miles bagged already for Mystery and Johnners to bring us home, maybe with the help of a longer Brightwater run. Anyone else wanting to join in (/return to the fold) is more than welcome.

Neath Boy - 15.04 km - 1:21:39
Brightwater - 5:00 km - 27:16
murf - 6.82 km - 41:44
Brightwater -10km- 58:41

I am heading out for a run now so might try a faster one to get us under 4 hours, but obviously if someone who hasn't yet run comes in then they should be the ones to count for the marathon relay.

Well done for the PB, but I thought we were supposed to get slower as we get older. I must be doing something wrong.

I'm fit and ready to fight for my place, but it won't be until this evening, so if further distance is covered throughout the day, I'm acutely aware of the threat of rotation.

Only just seen this if you want different runners on every leg. Did 7km with my 11yo son earlier. I'm a little bit faster solo.... honest.

Good to have another recruit.

Assuming everyone's happy to count their first run only, I did 8.33km in 47:52.

Took a split of 18:16 at 3.33km though, in case Brightwater would prefer to use his 10k PB instead.

12.88km was asking a lot from me I'm afraid, but on the assumption there's a canine contribution to match murf's, I've run 6.69km in 38:31.

Well done all. I could have added my slower 5.27km from Saturday if needed. Lots of that was walking down the pointy hills I'd just run up though.
