the gaps close...
Dareel has a loss to Ardrageen, has some fast thinking to do, but retains a three point lead .
SSutton charges up to second place thanks to Schmeichel
Dianamite drops a place after a narrow loss to S Sutton
TVT slides again ... and draws Ardrageen GW28
TBF also loses a close tie with Matty
Matty comes forward only 7 points from the top
Lamps has a huge (76 point) win over TVT and also only 7 points from the top
Ardrgeen of course has a nice easy win over Dareel, gets to keep his Galactacos via PVAH and is only 10 points from top place.

Looks like the top 4 all lost and the bottom 4 all won Has really tighten things up.
And KDB awaits Ardageen's first pick. His team is amazing.

Some fast thinking ?
I did JWP to McNeil. Then sold McNeil for Lamela just before deadline. Maybe i shouldn't think at all.
There isn't a lot to think about in all honesty.. i am screwed barring some rediculous luck . Didn't do to bad with the team i have though. What a team he has

The only game where you look forward to losing some weeks so you can get a better player in the next. 4 losses on the bounce for me now

Agreed. Who ever wins this game has got the timing right, accidentally or not. Keeps everyone alive through most of the season which is good.thebillfella wrote: ↑25 Feb 2020, 11:24 The only game where you look forward to losing some weeks so you can get a better player in the next. 4 losses on the bounce for me now

Re: New money league recruitment, mini-draft every week
It is good that we are all still in with a fighting chance of winning.
I think the concept of a mini weekly draft has worked well.
In a normal draft game you can pretty much be out of the game very quickly if your initial picks don't perform. Then it becomes boring.

Re: New money league recruitment, mini-draft every week
Ardrageen who had not enough bench room for everyone to sit on , gets only a one point win over TVT
TVT is hoping for another Pepe haul this weekend .
Lamps and the latest must have , that he now doesn't have , gives sSutton 's team a beating - his team also went AWOL
Dareel proves he's not just a pretty face with another high scoring win. Brings in Marcos Alonso ,
TBF would have beaten anyone else on the day with his 46 points
Wahine's ordinary lot stay second with a win over Matty who had no big scores this week
Its a top of the table clash this GW

Re: New money league recruitment, mini-draft every week
It was a top of the table clash and Dareel wins again , he's maintaining his positon of first despite getting last pick of the transactions .
S-sutton moves up to second place with a win and strong defence over TVT
Wahine drops a place
Lamps moves into 4th despite benching most of his best points .
Ardrageen wins into 5th place and S-sutton faces him this week .
TVT not far behind and could have done better if he chose his bench differently
neither are TBF who had a great score but couldn't beat Ardrageen's stars,
and Matty who needs to give those lads a teamtalk and maybe dip into the transfer market.
its a compressed table for those of us chasing Dareel.

Apologies that was a very unfair win.
I actually thought id lost till i read this ( had to check) ..forgot about bench points for silva. Seems a really unfair game week when we have gone for DGW players and they haven't played.
Can imagine there could be more disruption soon. Fill your benches up.

Because there is no fixtures on GW 30 and 31, we do not have to transfer "top-point players". Howerver, there is good players on the market, do not forget to get some.

Re: New money league recruitment, mini-draft every week
Since there are no additional draft-league-fixtures, it's hard to decide the league winners.
My suggestion for the money: I will keep it for next year league, if someone do not want to join, I will refund his fee.
Please tell me how do you feel or other suggestion.

Good evening Tai, good to hear from you and know you're still around I hope you have not be affected too much over this time.
I was not up to date with draft - so its cancelled
Im happy to give kudos to Dareel for playing so well and leading for so long , but not my money as anything could have happened with the game format.
I would love to do it all again in the new season.

Re: New money league recruitment, mini-draft every week
I think personally pay 50% of winnings for as the league stands and the other 50% goes into the pot is more than fair. I understand why some of you don't want to pay anything out if you are not in a winning position but a bit unfair on us who are top to just say it means nothing personally but i guess im gunna be outvoted. Bit Dissapointing for me personally, i kind of expected a better solution than " not paying out at all" after all its not like fpl where players have chips or dgw left.
Anyway looks like we may be back up and running thankfully so no real issues

Re: New money league recruitment, mini-draft every week
You have 6 points leading gap, but there is 9 gameweeks remaining, with our rules, things may changes. Bottom 4 is left in far distance, when position 2-4 is just 1 point gap, while we have prizes for top 2.DAREEL wrote: ↑09 Jun 2020, 07:42I think personally pay 50% of winnings for as the league stands and the other 50% goes into the pot. Saying that i think the game is continuing anyway
Like some real football leagues have been cancelled, the winner decision also cause controversial opinions.
I will not dicide by myself, we will work together for a solution (maybe a poll). I thinks we will wait for others to express their ideas, especially top 4 players.
Ps: I think I cannot reach prizes and I'm okay with it, but some players have more chances to win, endding here also unfair for them.

Yer and that is why i say 50% 50% lets meet in the middle was the obvious thing to do ( this is what quite few leagues were gunna do in fpl if the league was cancelled and one i agreed to in a local leage where i am not doing well) . Ive lead the game for most of the season and i am in ok shape so just was expecting some reward , although definitely not the full 100% as that would have not been fair i agree . No real point doing a poll as we know how it ends. You just asked us what we all thought so me being me i am just giving it to you how i feel really and not dressing it up . 50% seems a perfect solution to keep everyone happy ?
Hopefully it goes on and the leagues will play out anyway

You do really well and deserved something. If there is no objections, we will award 50% of prizes. In other way, we will all decide together. I also hope the website can let the league continue to the end ( it is not at this time)

Cheers mate
It really does look to me like the game is up and running compared to how it was so they have definitely done somthing. It says gw30+ so maybe they are just going to play out as it looks in the results section. Instead of 0 - 0 it carries on from there. Typical FPL fixing all the site but missing out the fixtures bit to yet cause more confusion
