Dream League scores

Post by MoSe »

there is of course a Dream Team, and it's the same as in FPL (at least this GW)

but as in Draft fantasy PL players are unique in a league,
we could assess and compare the skill or strength of a whole league to select all the best scoring players in a gw

as usual with DT, this is purely theoretical, as it would require managers to figure out beforehand which obscure player would emerge from mediocrity or benchdom to produce a maybe one-off top score (say a Kiko Femenía or a Kachunga or a Calvert-Lewin), to bring him in with a Transaction (at the risk of not being able to bring back the one who left him the berth)

But still, it could be a measure of excellence ceiling, the best "possible" performance by a whole league, albeit not "realistic"

of course it would be different depending on the number of teams in the league
if 8 teams had picked the best possible 88 players for the gw (8 GK + 80 outfield)
then a league with 9 teams would lower the avg, needing to add 1+10 worse scores to the above best

GW2 Dream League scores

  8+  80 best = 555p
  9+  90 best = 582p
10+100 best = 606p

  8-teams League = 69.4p / team
  9-teams League = 64.7p / team
10-teams League = 60.6p / team
