Next year he can try a spreadsheet, using the sum function?
This match stinks, with Carter being too Ebdonesque?
**QUARTER FINALS SUMMARY**
The highly anticipiacted quarter finals have now been fought. The Dude had used up all of his Dazzle as Two "the screw", egged on a by sizeable female contingent, won fairly comfortably. Next up is the Bouncing Belgian, GM, who ruthlessly depsatched of Gilchrist 1983, the latter will no doubt be encouraged by his debut.
Kriss "no miss" continued his incredible run, beating "dead Eye" Digsby in a high scoring encounter which is more than can be said for the final quarter final, Tornado Tac looked under the weather but managed to hold off Darbyand in a low scoring affair.

I noticed that last night.
I like some of the mini features in between breaks - the bit about Higgins daughter and Snooker's boom in China. The sport is safe. Just hope we keep the Worlds in Sheffield. Hearn is a shrewd cookie and he will follow the money. There was one school in China with a snooker table ! Never would have happened years ago. I remember the first snooker club I went to back in the mid 80s - dark, dingy, full of smoke, some dodgy characters. How things have changed.
Ali C is too negative. he needs to attack more. Ebdon't effect is not positive for me. Ronnie is still a joy to watch but I note his long potting is starting to wane, only slighly. Once you're over 35 - it seems - the eye-hand co-ordination seems to go a liitle bit.

Carter was too Ebdonesque in the last round, but I'm not sure how he can beat Ronnie in this form - or how anyone could, tbh.
The 92 was up there with Higgins' 69, imho.
Think Higgins was 15-14 down to White and it was do or die. That 69 will never be beaten, pressure, flare, great pots...all rolled into one.
The actual match was a stunner :-
Higgy's 69 in its entirety (with little bits of commentary from other players). I personally love the blue with screw, reverse side and extra body swerve :-
That said, the 92 was fantastic, scarcely believable, when you realised the position of the balls at the outset.
Ignore the foreign commentary, just look at the position of the balls at the start of the break and take in the genius that is Ronnie
