Sad to hear about the death of a legend

I remember seeing Nick Cave at the Palais

Cohen was playing the Odeon

A copper commented - "Worried about suicides tonight"

The second legend to die this year who was still making great music. Cohen's new album, You Want it Darker, ranks among his best. (As does Old Ideas, released in 2013.)

He always was old before his time, which in a weird way made me feel he'd be around forever.

Back in the seventies when I frequented far more folk cubs than I do now everybody always did a Leonard Cohen song.
