A podium(ish).

I'll take that. I thought it was weird I didn't recognise the Madness song. Didn't cross my mind it could be a solo effort...

Yeah, same here.

Did pretty well on the music clips, apart from about 4.

The last 5 album covers are a bit more testing though.

As with many of my picture rounds, they are easy at the top and get trickier later on. For this round, the first five were big sellers, whereas the bottom row are more personal favourites.

missed out by one point for the second quiz in a row.

enjoyed that one though. Nice to see Weyes Blood and Black Midi in there.

struggling to see which one people only got half right, unless it was one point if you put the Verve instead of Richard Ashcroft?

Sorry I missed out on the last one.

Had a quick glance at the covers and didn't know many. Will maybe try the music before I see the answers....

Pipped me by a point though Annoyingly, I had BJ or CJ but couldn't think of Thomas. I also went Nina Simone rather than Aretha.

Although my quizzes aren't designed for kids (and there is some adult content in a forthcoming picture round - very mild but I will flag it up anyway when required) the current round with a Harry Potter quiz might appeal to some family members -it's not a topic i would usually cover, but i do get lots of requests for that, GoT, Lord of the Rings etc etc.

Have a few entries in so far - but none fully correct (either with or without research) ... am thinking of running a special sports quiz soon (yes, including music).

On the right side of the ‘odd point’ for once. Books and music though. Good combo for me

Good stuff. Very tricky picture round tonight though, might even be hard to image search some of the earlier ones, so guesses could be all over the place even after "research".

Unlucky!

I was on 15 to 1 back in the day (William G Stewart not Sandi T). I got through round 1!

I'm sure I'll be bad at the Sports quiz. Just too many rubbish sports out there I don't care enough about (egg chasing, cricket, any American "sport"). Maybe one where I need to be in a team - any FISOers want to have a team effort by PM after their individual entry??

I auditioned for 15 to 1 but didn't get on, again back in the day. I still remember that I should have stood one place to the right as his questions were so much easier than mine!

For yesterday's quiz I was the best at Googling, which surprisingly is a skill in itself!
