Worth browsing through, I found a series I had forgotten about, The Last Panthers, and one I missed recently, Deutschland 83.foxinthebox2001 wrote:When you search try typing the most obscure word of the title, game of thrones brings up every title with game, of, or thrones in it.Surprised wrote:Search isn't very good. I searched for GoT and got loads of different stuff.
Another good app is filmontv although it's only good for showing UK tv for free such as BBC, ITV, C4, Dave.
The other tv channels and movies aren't up to much
But just type thrones, and you get straight to it.

I'm thinking about getting a Droidbox T8, obviously for the kick off, thoughts?
Real shame that PremierLeaguePass ended last season, no way am I risking paying out for NBC Sports.

For anyone who wants HD football (along with other sports including F1) look up Sports Donkey. Costs a few pound for an annual subscription but I've never experienced anything other than a high quality non-buffering stream.

Re: Android TV box
Does anyone know if its possible to get a proper repote control rather than the crappy ones that come with it?
I just want to be able to pause/fast-forward etc at the push of a single button.
I find the one it comes with is a bit plops (and a bit clunky when trying to skip etc).
Haven't sussed how (following a pause) how i can get rid of the info of the screen... sometimes a simple 'back' does the trick, other times i need to go back about 15 times!!!!
Also - can anyone recommend a good add-on for sport (specifically football)?
I use Exodus for my tv/film needs.

My assumption is that if we are talking names (and not providing links) it's safe?
The boxes can be bought via Amazon etc. so nothing untoward in that respect.

Re: Android TV box
I was fortunate to find a box with a built in mouse pointer that's very smooth.

I got one of these for my daughters android tv box, they work reasonably well, but take some patience to work out, a bit clunky but better than nothing.
As that particular item is from Asia I wouldn't recommend getting that one, but no doubt you can find them closer to home.

Re: Android TV box
I prefer Metalliq as there is a decent front page where you can search films easier by genres/ trending /popular/ at Cinema's etc (which imo is a better layout than Exodus)
Metalliq itself doesn't stream the movies but gives you the choice of Bob, Phoenix, Exodus and a couple more.

Yep it's brilliant, saves searching etc. (Especially if you're trying to type names etc. With a remote control.
Also useful for making a note of films or tv series' that you have recommended.

I have a trakt.tv account that I have linked to Exodus.
I can go into My Movies or My TV shows and then Collection but can't see where to add shows
