So where next? I don't want a Fiso chosen X1, we could choose the TFF Facebook or Twitter team or I could use thelips.
I'll do a poll and let you all decide.

Re: We need a starting team?
Whilst I understand your inference of 'unbelievable negativity' I can only say personally that I honestly come from a positive place, positive towards a game running for what? 10yrs and all of our enjoyment participating in it. If it helps understanding of the reason I feel as I do, how often have we seen Wiggsy chase last weeks points bringing in the likes of Lampard, whilst murf doggedly clings to his transfer in the belief that class is permanent and Gerrard will come good. I just dont see players having the same dilemma about whether to cling on to Schneiderlin when all else have Silva/Nani/VDV etc. By the time any teams are good enough for there to be that dilemma, they're all different and on different points making the whole idea of the comp moot before its began.
Everyone appreciates the work you have put into keeping the comp going after thelip stood down, I just think maybe on this occasion you've let your excitement at being able to pick a Southampton player or two get ahead of your better judgement . As Vid says, the idea isn't without its own merits, I just don't think it is in the spirit of this particular comp. Hope that explains it a little better

Ok no problems I'm not the sort of guy to force something against the majority but when I saw "hate it" I sort of took it personally.
RB - you coming back on board now ?

Re: We need a starting team?
I do think they will get either a celebrity or one of their journos on board.
But if not, why not base it on % of picks in the game? my idea to make it interesting is to take the lowest picked at the top end of their respective price range, with a starting formation of 442. I've not seen full price list yet, but you could either say the lowest picked strikers priced 6m and above, and midfielders 4m above etc, or from 10 top priced strikers, top 20 priced midfielders etc.
By having lowest picked we would have players we might not have picked and would hopefully come in within budget

Re: We need a starting team?
I didn't mind the Soton thing and now we're not doing it my team name's going to look a little random! Personally I wasn't going to remove all of them before kick-off but this is fine too.
Will contribute to the vote thread now and I have to say I'd prefer a half decent team to start with.
