Week 26

Image

Unbelievably four of our egg'ers do not have Michu, the man thats image seems to pop up here on a weekly basis. Shame on you Smurf, Chaser2k4, Tadpole and Cherylhoney. He's a machine.
Gwancarl continues his lead, albeit still only by four points to our now second placed Miked99. Boltonboy drops to third.
Dixon top scores with 73, heaven knows how, dumping the Liverpool block maybe, snigger.
The bottom trio remain the same once more but Wilbert teaters on the edge only 1 point ahead of them, it's any three from those four to go down for me.

Michu  Bale isn't a bad transfer, in the grand scheme of things, the move was funded by Tevez  Lukaku which, ultimately, continued my flag flying of Div 1 in the Egg cup :D

(though i do have the funds to go Stirling  Michu, which may have been a better move!)

There is a good chance with drop outs that Tadpole will retain his place so going for cup glory on behalf of your Division was a good call. :P

Hoping my League 2 Ground will be up to European regulations.

Alongside this feat, and despite my gash league performance, its the only one of my teams still in the Super 16 knock out some how!!!!!

And to reiterate, i still have Raheem Stirling.

Week 27

Image

Another FA Cup scalp this week sees yet more Cup players lost from the game with the very popular Theo and Caz amongst the departed. Do we know of any biased Arsenal fans that may have picked them along with Giroud maybe :?:
We have a new leader!!!! Well done to Miked99 for continuing his recent fine form sailing up the league and now top of the pile. Gwancarl and Boltonboy, our regular podium boys still remain in there, second and third respectively.
Sjr top scores with 51 pushing him up from fifth to fourth and shows himself as a serious promotion contender.
The bottom three remain the same yet again.

Week 28

Simply World Class........ and none of our top three have the Welsh Wizard
Miked99 remains top and extends his lead from 12 points to 17 points.
Gwancarl and Boltonboy complete the top trio.
Tadpole top scores with a sexy looking 69 which takes him from 11th to 10th.
Wilbert scores the least with a not so sexy 20 and falls into the relegation fodder alongside Tadpole and Cherylhoney.
Alchemist climbs out of the blue.

Took a major gamble on Jelavic instead. He's due a goal or two
Still is

Held off bringing Bale back last Monday so I could squeeze two more games out of Jelavic. Still aglow with the warm feeling of satisfaction from such a massively successful transfer, back comes Bale today.

Wil's exit plan
Cech
Riether
Cahill
Baines
Walcott  Mata
Sterling
Cazorla  Lamps  Bale
Fellaini
Michu
Suarez
Defoe  RvP
6 Transfers left £49.5m

Few weeks leading up to 3 March
Lamps>Bale - Season long and on fire.
Walcott> Mata, extra games
Carzola> Lamps, extra games disaster both
Defoe>RvP, Defoe injured within 20 mins of bringing him in, disaster
RvP  Defoe - Gamble (Defoe off injured after 30 mins)

Sometime between 25/11 and 3/2
Teves to Podolski (extra games)
Fellaini to Michu (after extra games)
Valencia to Walcott (extra games)
(these might not be accurate sorry for being lax)

25/11
Ben Arfra to Valencia - terrible as I didn't know he was injured
Hangeland to Reither - Out for three matches

11/11
YaYa to Sterling - cheap and regular
Fletcher to Suarez - top form striker and finishing 3 for 1
[/size]
28/10
Cech in as Vrom's injured
Ben Arfa finding his way into a lot of my teams

21/10
Fletcher for a 3 v 1 over Gerrard
Baines as a season long

23/9
Lampard to YaYa May regret this one but Lamps being dropped too often
Torres to Podolski I had high hopes that Torres was returning to his best, alas a false dawn
Jelavic to RvP Injured for an injury prone
Hate using so many transfers so early but needs must.

1/9
VdV out as quick as he came in, bad move, Screech in as he's playing in Cahill's advanced role (now don't get sent off)

26/8
Valencia being used as a LB in some games - Tevez looks sharp and am too chicken to gamble on Ballotelli

22/8
Walker too expensive under AVB, Lampard a steal at the price
Aguero crocked Torres a lone striker with so much creativity around him

Pre season
Rebalancing the team a bit
Cazorla - bandwagon but cheap for any attacking Arsenal player
VDV - Outscores any player when he plays
