Off the bottom, joint top scorer this week again (for now at least), and now only 48 points from safety. I reckon in 5 or 6 more weeks I'll be out of the relegation zone.

Oh wait...

My FINAL move in trying to avoid a deserved relegation.

I would say if you go down you'd have a good chance of winning an egg cup again but there aren't any egg cups anymore just an egg mug for the Premier......

Thanks, my team does look good for the run in but I can't really see me making up the 108 point gap in just 26 games.

I wrap up my season with a transfer I couldn't possibly have envisaged at the start:

Keane  Holding

Zero left.

I believe it's quite difficult to get out of the Championship.

Yeah, kept hold due to the extra fixtures in the hope he'd maybe come off the bench and impress but today was final straw. All a bit too late and would be happy to hold onto a podium finish now. Feel like I've made a lot of schoolboy errors across the board this season.

Looking at that table and thinking, not for the first time, what a high standard it is.

I also remembered a few comments from HH a while back about this year being very competitive, so looked up what the finishing table was last year...

1 Paul Hopkins Happy Eggs 1972 20 103 1048
2 Peter Clinch Zip's Egg Soldiers 1956 28 109 1603
3 Jason Murfitt Murf's Eggcup Mob 1954 11 113 1697
4 JWJ Costain Top Banana Eggs XI 1952 16 107 1775
5 Andrew Stevens Robot's Eggy Bread 1896 25 108 6579
6 David England Myster-Easter Eggs 1858 30 101 13096
7 Ian Doughty Bill Ferny's Egg Cup 1851 8 110 14590
8 Chris Beasley Spinynormans Eggs 11 1847 14 98 15496
9 Ian Townsend Lucky7s Egg Cup 1828 26 107 20401
10 Mark Telford Saint's Egg Cup 1812 2 91 24958
11 Sam Reubin SJR's Eggers 1811 10 103 25255
12 Ben Woolcock Woolster's Egg XI 1568 0 96 122939

Apart from showing some very impressive consistency from a certain HH... last year only the top 5 got inside the top 10k, while this year everyone except Lucky and me have... last year I'd have been 7th, instead of adrift of the pack in 11th... basically I think I just chose the wrong year to get up into the PL

Or, to put it another way, well played you lot!

Been a weird season not sure I deserve to be leading in all honesty and I'm not sure how I am. Probably getting on Spurs bandwagon relatively early helped.

Very tempted by Costa to Kane if only we knew team news Monday.

I've made so many mistakes in this team the latest ditching cheapie Cook which meant I had to ditch Eriksen rather than Son later as I had no spare cash.

You have to feel for Fabregas. Spends most of the season on the bench, then as soon as he gets some momentum going he gets rested.

Happy Eggs

Grant 2.5

McAuley 3.0
Alonso 3.8
Dawson 3.0
Son 4.6  Monreal 4.2

Alli 5.0
Hazard 5.8
Sane 4.2
Sanchez 6.0

Jesus 5.0
Costa 6.7

Transfers Left:- Zilcho
Value of Team:- 49.2

Reasons for Transfers :-
Would have preferred Ozil but not having Cook has scuppered my late season flexibility. Can't believe this team is top.

Relegation battlers tonight:
Zip 1819 - Holding Sanchez Sane
Spiny 1817 - Sanchez Sane
BBD 1814 - Monreal Dawson Sanchez Jesus
murf 1814 - Foster Monreal Sanchez Sane Jesus

All got Sanchez
3 Sane
2 Jesus
1 with Ars def, 2 with both WBA and Ars def (Spiny's McAuley AWOL)

I'm only really vulnerable to WBA or Ars conceding a load, Holding scoring or red cards and ogs

So.... which game to watch?

So bad night for Spiny not having Arsenal defensive coverage. Jesus saves BBD and me from the relegation spots. I always had faith.

Sanchez points all round don't matter unless others above don't have him.
