Rubbish weekend, do I fix my budget Saints defence now they have started their summer holiday or do I use any cash I have to try and get Aguero in???

True on Saints but I'm of the opinion that defenders this year are not worth eff about with and ours are cheap enough to provide value still.

Aguero is tricky because we won't get team news Sunday but in he must come. But how long will he last this time?

Aguero is bound to get injured again shortly as we all fritter away transfers. Cannot believe BFM has always held on to him!

The Run in:-

The Championship appears to be a three horse race with just 50 points in it, maybe The Saint and Spiny are still outsiders but a further 26 back might be a bridge too far and could become the Southampton of mid table mediocrity.

The relegation battle is really tight with 6th to 11th separated by just 38 points with Des looking doomed 114 points from safety.

Just to update, I'm now 4th in the Hull fans league, only 27 behind. Any chance I can set the team to private on the website and still post my transfers on here? I think the issue last time was it was to early in the season.

And my egg team is 2nd in VIP chairmans league and that's a bigger prize ;)

Keeping egg teams open is a key part of the competition and we all know that at the start when we enter.

These are relatively minor prizes and I don't think it justifies it at this stage.

Let's revisit it during April is my view but any other views welcome.

Might be minor to the someone who's had a top 3 finish and an Egg Prem 3 timer, but some of us small fry have only won an Egg 3rd division, Egg Cup and an Open XI league, we need more glory :D

I didn't mean to belittle your achievement in being so high up the Hull league, very well done  but I think if I allow it where will it stop (eg one or two are high up the national leaderboard). In the past I have allowed teams to go private for S16s KO rounds which I think is different.

Just think how arrogant it looks that you can let them see your team, if they start to worry about you, you are half way there in the mind game!

I understand that you would be posting transfers but it still goes against the spirit of the competition but I will Pm all members of the SL and ask them Yes or NO, Ok?
