Worked out a way around that website glitch, so have managed to copy the current standings...

Lots of changes this week, none more so than at the top, where Bill Ferny has had a big week (73 points) and is now joint leader with Paulgrinny (51), while Robot (63) has closed right up, and there's just one point between the top three!

Meanwhile the highest score of the week, a massive 90 points, means that Hotpot is up to 4th behind our three runaway leaders. In fact he is now just 23 off the lead - could we be in for a "Hotpot top spot"?

Lowest score of the week (45) sees Topspur as the backmarker, with the bottom three remaining a long way off everyone else.

Manager Team Name Total Week Goals Overall Pos
1 Ian Doughty Bill Ferny's Egg Cup 1693 73 108 2015

And with only Sunday's games and the Cup Final to come, Robot is still holding on to top spot - in fact he has the highest score of this week so far, thanks to his City contingent (Toure, Dzeko and Zabaleta).

Paulgrinny remains the closest challenger, 17 points back, and Hotpot has forced his way up to third (26 off the lead), while BillFerny has faded into 4th, but still with an outside chance (29 off the lead).

Meanwhile at the other end, Topspur is guaranteed the wooden spoon, with Wilbert looking nailed on as second last. The third relegation spot looks a straight fight between Alchemist and Nathan247, who has closed right up this week - the gap is now just 7 points.

Table looks like this:

Manager Team Name Total Week Goals Overall Pos
1 Andrew Stevens Robot's Poached Egg 1822 34 120 800
2 Paul Grinstead Grinny's Rotten Eggs 1805 29 104 1358
3 David Nuttie Hard Boiled Hotpot 1796 32 108 1755
4 Ian Doughty Bill Ferny's Egg Cup 1793 15 113 1906
5 James Anderson-Gordon Jagged Egg 1704 22 96 13811
6 Ross Banyard Hogweeds Eggs 1687 5 105 18097
7 Ian Wallace Hog Eggs 1667 7 104 24123
8 Jonathan Harrington Dudes Eggy Soldiers 1651 4 103 29629
9 Andrew Harvey An Eggcup Of Alchemy 1637 10 103 34995
10 Thomas Miller Nathans Bad Eggs 1630 31 93 37700
11 Gar Rowlands Wil's Egg Cup 1600 27 95 50318

We have had an amazing turnaround at the top.

For a long time it has been Robot, Paul Grinny and Bill Ferny battling it out at the top, but with a late run Hotpot has recently joined the party.... and last week he has surged into the lead with just the cup final to come! His 88 points was the best of the week.

It's close, with just 10 points covering the top 3. However, with the top 4 all out of transfers, and allowing for the small amount of Arsenal players each of them has, it looks like it's already all over, and Hotpot has hit the top at exactly the right time.

At the bottom, Nathan has the second highest score of the week (75) and draws level on points with Alchemist in the battle to avoid the remaining relegation slot. And, with no less than five players in action tomorrow, Nathan now looks assured of safety.

One other point. I have just checked, and we do have a number of non-posted transfers on here, including from our new leader Hotpot. So correct me if I'm wrong guys (may have missed one or two here), but the following looks to me like the "naughty step" list:
Hogweed (last post 20th April, saying he had 4 transfers left)
Dude (16th April, 3)
Hotpot (9th March, 4)
Jag (9th March, 7)
Nathan (9th March, 7)
Topspur (19th Jan, 3).

Here is the current team list (FA Cup players in bold):

And here are the standings, ahead of the cup final:

Manager Team Name Total Week Goals Overall Pos
1 David Nuttie Hard Boiled Hotpot 1852 88 111 1142
2 Paul Grinstead Grinny's Rotten Eggs 1849 73 106 1248
3 Andrew Stevens Robot's Poached Egg 1842 54 120 1549
4 Ian Doughty Bill Ferny's Egg Cup 1824 46 115 2503
5 James Anderson-Gordon Jagged Egg 1750 68 98 12335
6 Ross Banyard Hogweeds Eggs 1716 34 107 20986
7 Ian Wallace Hog Eggs 1712 52 105 22204
8 Jonathan Harrington Dudes Eggy Soldiers 1680 33 104 33096
9 Thomas Miller Nathans Bad Eggs 1674 75 95 35290
9 Andrew Harvey An Eggcup Of Alchemy 1674 47 105 35290
11 Gar Rowlands Wil's Egg Cup 1632 59 97 52643

I'm all out of transfers but get the feeling that 5th place mediocrity is an absolute certainty!

Well done hotpot, timed your finish perfectly, pleased that at least I managed third and got promoted, have just depressed myself by looking back at my last 2 transfers in March and calculating the easy to do in hindsight scenario  of "what if".
So Nasri instead of Navas  and leave Suarez alone.
Result win this league by 78 points make the top 100 and even beat Happyhoppy

Well done Hotpot, and sorry Hog for forgetting to report those transfers in April. Just about avoided relagation, which is hardly inspiring..... Hope to do better next season.

Congrats Hotpot on a great finish. :D

Desperately disappointing personally to finish outside the top three after hitting the front with a few weeks left. :(
Poor decision making for the final few subs......

Having said that it's been a great league to play in.... :)

I've been waiting for everyone to give me their addresses so I can do all the egg cups at the same time but as it stands today I still haven't had Wiseowl. I'm on hols for a week now so will do when I get back assuming he gives it to me by then.
