time for a retro icon - this is the nearest i can see to the original icon from, er, back in the day, when fiso was but a mere pup, never quite knew what it was meant to stand for then and still don't now. good to see it back - might be a magic potion, or some hot chilli sauce maybe any other retro icons to be recycled out there?

I'm using Firefox and still have to log in twice. I can also log out and then come back later and find I'm still logged in. Only minor nuisances though because it is just so good to be back in at all.millrosss wrote:use firefox!!kizkiz wrote:am i the only one who has to login twice before it actually logs in ~?
and similar to murf - nothing shows up as new posts (the orange bit) when i login
but it's here, and that's the main thing

Yeah? Hmm, must be a bug in phpBB then. You can always set it to log you in automatically, but this is no good if the computer is a shared or public one.stu_p_id wrote:I'm using Firefox and still have to log in twice. I think the bug is something to do with logging you in automatically. I set that up this time and what happened was this:
*To do this you need to clear the cookies that the site sets on your computer. In Firefox you go to 'Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > View Cookies' and delete anything for fantasyfootballuk.co.uk. I hardly ever use IE so I've no idea how to do it in there.
- I'd browse to the forum index page and be logged in automatically.
- I'd click on Latest 24hr and it would display fine.
- I'd select a topic using the 'go to posts since last login' icon.
- Instead of the topic I'd get the login page.
- Then it would go to the beginning of the topic and all the other topics with unread posts would be lost.

The Forum was gone so long I nearly got a life. It gave me the chance to become totally absorbed in the stunningly successful return of NHL hockey. Never has a major sport been improved so much in one fell swoop. All three games I've attended have been wide open, fast and furious. I love it.
It was murder watching the international football matches on per-per-view and not only not having anyone to share a brew and views with, but also not being able to turn to the forum for instant analysis.
I was also despertae for the TFF codeword so I could make changes.
Thanks for persevering and bringing us all back home, even if I seem to have spilled my Avatar along the way. Maybe I can find a picture of the real Pouzar and use it!
