Volunteers to run FISO's Facebook account?
FISO has a Facebook account at:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/FISOcouk- ... 3462798553" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
on which there has been very little activity recently.
I'm looking for 1 or 2 long-established responsible fiso members to run it for fiso.
Please PM me if interested.
You will need to have your own personal facebook account and to have 'liked' fiso before I can give you the extra admin rights for fiso's account.

Give the Facebook page a look and a like, you know you want too.

Re: Volunteers to run FISO's Facebook account?
I just went searching for fiso facebook page
If you search for fiso, all that comes up is some bloke doing fiso's kitchen
You either have to type the full fiso.co.uk or I got it form fantasy interactive sports
Is there a way of changing this?

Any long-standing fiso members willing to spend some time increasing the activity on fiso FB account, at least over the next month or so?

Are the settings right? Even though I have it set to "follow" I never get any updates and have to look for the page to see if there are any new posts, something I rarely do.
Are there better ways to get the page noticed than are already being used?

I'm not sure what methods are used but useful to post on the pages of the main Fantasy games on a regular basis. I presume they are all added as friends?

Does selecting "receive notifications" make much difference? I presumed it did but it doesn't.

I think it's a wider problem. Facebook now defaults to showing "top stories". You need to manually change this to "recent stories" to see everything.
And you'll need to keep doing it, because Facebook (in browser and app) keeps defaulting back

Perhaps I should post my weekly TFF chit chat nonsense on there as well as on my own timeline as I usually do?

Isn't the idea to advertise and therefore increase membership?Spinynorman wrote:Perhaps I should post my weekly TFF chit chat nonsense on there as well as on my own timeline as I usually do?
