What maps?Awarded to members that defeated 5 unique opponents by winning on each of X maps

You have to defeat 5 unique opponents on a number of different maps.
So for bronze it's 5 maps, so you need to have beat at least 5 unique players on each of 5 different maps (not necessarily the same players).
So say you beat A, B, C, D, and E on map 1
You then beat C, F, G, H, I on map 2 - that's the second map for the medal.
You then beat A, D, H, J and M on map 3 - third map for the medal, and so on and so on....
