Do you have any contingency plan for postponed games? Would it be wise for us to select a backup choice in case the first game is postponed?

Lose:
1: Sunderland (0-2 A Chelsea)
2: Everton (0-2 A Arsenal)
3: Aston Villa (1-2 A Chelsea)
4: Birmingham (0-1 A Arsenal)
[missed a weekend of games]
5: Man City (0-1 A Arsenal)
6: Blackburn (2-4 A Chelsea)
7: West Brom (0-1 A West Ham)
8: Newcastle (0-3 A Chelsea)
9: Portsmouth (0-2 H Chelsea)

5 Chelseas, 3 Arsenals and a West Ham :D
And 8 aways before finally going for a home team.

browny has possibly a slight advantage considering his predictions have been exactly the same as me but with Chelsea replacing West Brom in week 7

This week:
10: Middlesbrough

(anyone else planning Middlesbrough this week and Wigan next by any chance?)

Maybe I will get the astonishing victory. Im clinging on by my fingernails each week  but if I can hang on until Chelsea mess up then I might sneak through!

Actually thinking about it. Next time we do this comp it should be win life only otherwise it will go on for weeks and end up with a bunch of people going out at the same time to finish.

Not necessarily. We've had lots of different choices for losers and after the next 2 weeks I reckon there will be some interesting choices made. It was my prediction that what you say is happening would happen - the lose lifers can choose the team playing Chelsea or Arsenal, while the win lifers like you don't have so much of an easy decision :)

Which is why it should be win life only next time.

The win competition is the only really meaningful one in this game. BTW I'm the winner!!!!!

Lose - Middlesboro (the dull but sensible pick yet again)

[So far for my records - Sunderland, Charlton, Villa, Birmingham, Man City, Blackburn, West Brom, Newcastle, Portsmouth]

Something tells me this comp will hinge on the Dec 17/18 weekend......

 Im toast!! Almost all my remaining options are away to teams higher in the league!!! Im either going to have to hope Charlton break their dismal run or im going to have to pick a winner from one of these matches.

West Brom v Fulham
Birmingham v West Ham

(gulp!)

Ok both matches will end up draws, but I will pick...

West Effing Brom!!!!!!!!!!

(Charlton fans rejoice, you are sure to win now)

Had been intending to do Boro this week and Wigan next week. But since most of the world and his dog is doing this I'll simply reverse them and go for Wigan this week and Boro next week. So;

Lose: Wigan

Half a game against 10 men and a team who let in thousands of goals normally.

I knew Robson was spank :(

Resistance against the lose lives was in the end futile :(
