Following on from the annual success of the Christmas Sporcle Comps, I thought I'd see if we can turn it into a regular thing

As recent christmasses, we will take it in turns to set a sporcle quiz from the main site. Each player takes it in turns to set a quiz, tally the results and update the scoreboard (I might do a spreadsheet for tallying purposes). We will just set up a rota for all the regular players so I doubt you will need to do more than one every 3 or 4 months (if we maintain our xmas popularity). Sporclers are free to set topics on their own specialist subject, all I ask is nothing too niche, meaning everyone can have a crack at some of it at least.

We will do F1 style points for top 10 each weekend (25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1) with all ties sharing points. The only tie-breakers are where people get maximums and we go on the time taken.

Banter and comments welcome but NO CLUES, NO SPOILERS . If the quiz could be embedded in a link that would help.

Quizzes to normally be set during the day on a Friday (anytime really but by 7:30pm(UK) in case anyone tunes in for footy matches??) and all entries to be in by a 7:30 deadline on sunday to give the setter time to tally before bedtime if poss. Times are just random at the moment to tie in with a footie weekend but we can tweak if they don't prove popular.

Just do the quiz and announce your score from your first go. Be honest, no pausing, no restarts etc etc.

No idea what one of them is but if it is along the lines of a spreadsheet we can all access then great!
