Cars with one careless owner

I've always wondered, why do people let their cars get in such a state? I'm not saying that mine is pristine. I'm not having a whine about the odd McDonalds burger box either. I'm talking a right bloody mess.

So, if you come across cars in a bloody terrible state, snap and share. One rule - blur out the number plate, this is not a name and shame exercise

True I've seen far worse, but it sowed the seed in my mind. Wouldn't you use your screen wash to wipe off the droppings though?!
